Bu baglamda, Dalaman (Mugla)’in Tersakan Deresi’nde bulunan Capoeta aydinensis (Turan, Kucuk, Kaya, Guclu & Bektas, 2017) populasyonu uzerine bir yillik bir calisma yapilmistir. Bu calismanin amaci turun buyume ve ureme gibi bazi biyolojik ozellikleri ile habitat kullanimini ortaya koymaktir. Yapilan analizler sonucunda C. aydinensis’in hayat dongusunun 8 yil oldugu saptanmistir ve diger Capoeta turlerine gore yavas bir buyume gosterdigi belirlenmistir. Disi bireylerin 5 yasinda ve 234 mm total boyda, erkek bireylerin ise 4 yasinda ve 194 mm total boyda cinsi olgunluga eristigi tespit edilmistir. Ureme donemi olarak turun bahar aylarini tercih ettigi ve 3 aylik bir donem boyunca ureme faaliyetinin devam ettigi tespit edilmistir. Olgun bir disi bireyin ortalama olarak 7833 adet yumurta urettigi belirlenmistir. Ilkbaharda golgelik alanlar, yazin suyun genellikle bulanik oldugu bolgeleri, sonbaharda orten bitki oraninin yuksek ayni zamanda suyun bulanik oldugu yerler ve kisin orten bitki oraninin sIk goruldugu yerler turun habitat tercihlerini olusturmustur. Bu calisma ile, endemik Capoeta aydinensis turunun yonetimi ve korunmasi ile ilgili bazi onemli temel biyo-ekolojik bilgiler elde edilmis olup bu bilgilerin ileriki calismalara isIk tutmasi beklenmektedir.
Este artículo aporta al debate sobre políticas públicas de vivienda en Ecuador mediante una evaluación de la sustentabilidad urbana y del habitar de los proyectos de vivienda pública en Cuenca ...(Ecuador). Para tal labor, se identificaron los proyectos construidos desde 1970 hasta 2014 y se eligieron tres que corresponden a tejidos urbanos diferentes, se encuentran en distintas zonas de la ciudad y son promovidos también por disímiles entidades públicas. Para la valoración de la sustentabilidad se utilizaron modelos de evaluación que permitieron constatar que los proyectos tienen una calificación deficiente y que aquellos que se ubican en el límite urbano presentan una valoración aún menor. Con el propósito de evaluar el habitar, se llevaron a cabo encuestas cuyo fin consistió en identificar diferencias en las formas de habitar el entorno inmediato y la ciudad. Se advirtió entonces que los conjuntos desvinculados de las centralidades urbanas generan una serie de efectos inadecuados para la vida en sociedad. Estos resultados obligan a repensar las políticas públicas de vivienda, con miras a superar su empleo como herramienta clientelar -cuyo único objetivo es la compensación del déficit habitacional en términos cuantitativos-, para convertirlas en herramientas de planificación urbana capaces de construir ciudades sustentables.
Predstavljamo rezultate raziskovanj, ki so potekala v letih 2013–2014 in 2016 na Viru pri Stični. Z zaščitnimi arheološkimi izkopavanji ob nadzoru gradbenih del so bili na robu gomilnega grobišča ...odkriti plani žgani grobovi iz začetka železne dobe na Dolenjskem. Žgani in skeletni grobovi so izkopani tudi v dveh novoodkritih gomilah(?) – gomilah 1A in 6A. Še pomembnejše pa je odkritje latenskega grobišča na terasi na vznožju naselja, kjer so bili odkriti trije grobovi. V mlajšo železno dobo najverjetneje sodijo še ostaline metalurške dejavnosti na lokaciji Kojina, zahodno od gomilnega grobišča.
Dijk and Weitkamp address the popular assumption that before 1997, heritage had been of little interest to Hong Kong's governments. This negligence was explained by the fact that Hong Kong's ...population was growing exponentially through several waves of large-scale immigration, while being under an obviously temporary British government. This resulted in a heterogeneous population which had just migrated there and was more concerned about access to housing, employment and transportation than the history of the lands they were about to inhabit. Today, heritage is a growing interest and appears to be a considerable driver for tourism, both in a policy sense and in an economic sense.
En la planificación bioclimática de las ciudades y particularmente las ubicadas en ambientes áridos, los espacios verdes representan un potencial higrotérmico desaprovechado como mitigadores del ...clima urbano. El trabajo cuantifica el confort térmico de espacios verdes urbanos (EVU) de una ciudad del centro-oeste de Argentina localizada en la Diagonal Árida Sudamericana, a partir del Índice UTCI. Este índice se calcula a partir de mediciones climáticas en 19 EVU, realizadas en el verano del año 2014. El valor de dicho índice en cada EVU se referencia con el calculado para su entorno urbano. El porcentaje de diferencia entre ellos permite agrupar el desempeño bioclimático de los EVU en cinco categorías en función de su divergencia con las condiciones climáticas generales de la ciudad. Los resultados permiten individualizar los parámetros arbóreos mínimos que deben poseer los EVU, como objetivo de una planificación bioclimática del verde urbano en ciudades de ambientes áridos.
Urban rehabilitation projects make a significant effort to improve and revitalize the physical characteristics and social and
productive dynamics of disadvantaged areas within the existing urban ...structure. However, perceptions or opinions based
on the resident’s experience are not always taken into consideration in these urban intervention processes, which leads to
the development of decontextualized, underused or inappropriate projects that can cause residential dissatisfaction in their
inhabitants. The poor management of these procedures and the loss of information about the residents ́ assessment of these
interventions also hinder the possibilities for feedback and improvement of these actions through the planning process. Based
on the above, this article shows the results of an analysis of several indicators examined after an urban rehabilitation project
in a neighborhood of Madrid, Spain, with the purpose of showing the importance that some variables related to the changes
lived in the neighborhood and residents ́ assessments of such alterations may have on residential satisfaction. The conclusions
reveal the importance of including new instruments in the processes of urban planning that would make it possible to identify the
perception of the residents throughout such processes.
Los proyectos de rehabilitación urbana llevan a cabo importantes esfuerzos para revitalizar y mejorar las características físicas y las dinámicas sociales y productivas de ámbitos desfavorecidos dentro de la estructura urbana existente. Sin embargo, la percepción u opinión basada en la experiencia del residente no siempre es considerada en estos procesos de intervención urbana, lo que conlleva al desarrollo de proyectos descontextualizados, subutilizados o inapropiados que pueden generar insatisfacción residencial en sus habitantes. La mala gestión de estas actuaciones y la pérdida de información sobre la valoración que los vecinos tienen de estas, entorpece también las posibilidades de retroalimentación y mejora de dichas acciones desde la planificación. A partir de ello, este artículo muestra los resultados de un análisis de diversos indicadores examinados tras un proyecto de rehabilitación urbana de un barrio madrileño, con el propósito de evidenciar la trascendencia que algunas variables, relacionadas con los cambios vividos en el barrio y la valoración de los residentes ante esas reformas, pueden tener sobre la satisfacción residencial. Las conclusiones revelan la importancia de incluir en los procesos de planificación urbana, nuevos instrumentos que permitan identificar la percepción de los residentes a lo largo de dichos procesos
O padrão de urbanização da cidade de São Paulo resultou na degradação de seus recursos hídricos. O cenário é de córregos contaminados, várzeas ocupadas por favelas, ausência de rede coletora e de ...tratamento de esgotos. Políticas públicas voltadas à recuperação de rios e córregos urbanos, ainda são tímidas. Esses córregos podem ser importantes prestadores de serviços ecossistêmicos. Este artigo analisa políticas públicas visando a recuperação ambiental de córregos urbanos, enquanto novo paradigma na gestão dos recursos hídricos.
Urban planning as a discipline was consolidated in Argentina in the first half of the twentieth century. It was institutio- nalized in academia through the establishment of courses of undergraduate ...and graduate study and through research institutes. At the same time this process was taking place, urban planning succeeded in inserting itself into the state bureaucracy, thereby gaining a greater ability to operate in the city. Its development as a theoretical discipline and specific public policy occurred during the middle of the last century under the name “planning”. Discussions within the state structure, academia, professional associations and the public sphere found a discursive node in the Revista de Arquitectura de la Sociedad Central de Arquitectos (Architectural Journal of the Central Society of Architects). Within this source, in the decade of the 1940s the architect José Manuel Felipe Pastor stands out as a planning theorist and for his use of English and American urban planning theory. This article explores how the discourse that updated urban planning was constructed through Pastor ́s writings in Revista de Arquitectura.
El urbanismo como disciplina se consolida en la Argentina en la primera mitad del siglo XX. Se institucionaliza en la aca- demia mediante la estructura de las carreras y los institutos de investigación. En paralelo a este proceso logra insertarse en la burocracia estatal obteniendo así una mayor capacidad de operar en la ciudad. Su desarrollo como disciplina teóri- ca y política pública específica se realiza a mediados del siglo pasado con el nombre de “planeamiento”. Las discusiones dentro de la estructura del Estado, la academia, las asociaciones profesionales y el espacio público encuentran un nodo discursivo en la Revista de Arquitectura de la Sociedad Central de Arquitectos. Dentro de esta fuente será sobresaliente, en la década de 1940, el lugar del arquitecto José Manuel Felipe Pastor, como teórico del planeamiento, y su utilización de la teoría del urbanismo inglés y americano. El siguiente trabajo nos permitirá explorar como se construyó el discurso que actualizó el urbanismo, a través de los escritos de Pastor en la mencionada Revista de Arquitectura.
This Routledge Focus aims to investigate and analyse the United Kingdom’s relationship with the European Communities (EC) and the European Union (EU). Since joining the EC in 1973, the UK has had a ...fraught relationship with the organization, declining closer economic union in the eurozone and, often, arguing against closer political union. While some 67% of the UK’s voters opted to remain in the EC in a referendum held in 1975, by June 2016 a narrow majority favoured leaving the EU. This volume evaluates the UK’s journey into the Union, and examines how the country’s voters came to decide on Brexit, and where the UK’s departure from the EU may lead it.
