Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui persepsi laba dan pemicu dalam pembentukan mindset atau pola pikir pengusaha UMKM terhadap laba. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian ...kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi fenomenologi, dimana masih adanya sesuatu yang perlu diungkap dalam dari suatu masalah yang masih memiliki makna tersembunyi. Peneliti menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, data primer adalah data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari informan melalui wawancara secara langsung, wawancara ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode semi-structured interview (wawancara semi terstruktur). Data primer dalam penelitian ini merupakan 2 pengusaha UMKM alat dan bahan banguanan. Hasil penelitian memberikan makna bahwa laba tidak selalu hanya berupa keuntungan yang besar, namun cukup dengan adanya perputaran modal yang akan digunakan lagi untuk modal produksi berikutnya demi kelangsungan usaha dan pengembangan dari usaha. Laba menurut pengusaha UMKM di Blitar ini dipicu oleh semangat pengusaha untuk lebih mengembangkan usaha bisnisnya dengan mengedepankan kepercayaan konsumen dalam setiap pesanan.
The Paleocene high volatile B bituminous Raša coal, mined on the Istrian Peninsula, Croatia, for nearly 400 years up to 1999, is notable in having a superhigh organic sulfur (SHOS) content, exceeding ...11% in some cases. The latter feature contributed to interest in the coal, far outweighing its status as a locally-used coal. Investigation by organic petrology, X-ray diffraction mineralogy, X-ray fluorescence and ICP-MS chemistry, SEM-EDS and TEM-EDS-SAED, micro-FTIR spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy showed that the Raša coal is dominated by vitrinite-group macerals, CaO and SO3, carbonate minerals with contributions by Sr- and Ba-sulfates at the sub-micron scale, and the contribution of sulfur to the organic structure. Compared to Chinese SHOS coals and world ash, a majority of analyzed trace elements in Raša coal and ash, respectively, were depleted (up to 0.8 times), with the exception of V, Se, Sr, and Ba, which were increased 1.7 to 26 times. This fact, supported by elevated trace element concentrations in dripstone, are evidence for weathering of Raša coal by underground water, which is contaminating the local environment with trace elements, selenium in particular. Results of this study warrant further research.

Sandy coastal areas are very dynamic systems in which morphological changes occur over different time scales from hours to decades. However, it has been widely reported that major storms are the main ...responsible of the most significant changes in short to medium time scales. Major storms have been defined using a variety of environmental variables, but they are normally associated with high values of wave height, duration, return period and direction.
Here, we aim to characterize types of major storms and to categorize associated morphological impacts over a complex coastal system. The study site, known as Punta Rasa, is located in the Samborombón bay in the outer part of the Río de La Plata estuary (Argentina) and corresponds to a zone of interaction between a large sandy spit and a backwash tidal flat system. Methods combine statistics of wave climate time-series, analysis of wave energy using nearshore numerical modelling (SWAN) and comparison of pre- and post-storm morphological changes by means of shoreline change detection and satellite images derived indexes (CoastSat Toolkit and NDWI index respectively).
Results allowed to characterize four types of major storms impacting the study area: High-Energy Storms (HES), defined by an average storm wave below the 1 % exceedance (>2.6 m), Long-Lived Storms (LLS) represented by an exceedance of the 1 % of Du (>60 h), Storm Groups (SG) in which storm return period is <6 days and Northeastern moderate storms (NMS) defined by their eastern, onshore oriented direction. Under HES and NMS storms erosional areas are dominant over depositional, causing shoreline retreat, a growth of the end-spit and the increase on sand deposition on the back-barrier areas. Under LLS and SG storms, the morphological impact varies alongshore, with multiple erosional hotspots found along the shoreline accompanied by a general flattens of the end-spit system.

In the northern Adriatic coast of Croatia, combustion of super-high organic sulphur rich Raša coal was common between 1970 and 2000. These Late Paleocene coals are enriched in a number of trace ...elements. This work aims to provide a detailed study on the distinctive geochemical patterns of the Raša coal and investigate the environmental effects of the coal and combustion by-products on the area. Several analytical techniques were used to study the mode of occurrence, distribution, levels and solubility of major and trace elements in the Raša coal, fly ash, slag and soils in an area within 10 km from the power station. Due to the sulphur-rich calcareous depositional environment of the Raša coal, the combustion by-products are enriched in S and Ca. Fly ash and slag are enriched in potentially harmful trace elements i.e. Se, Mo, Hg, V and U. Similar enrichment pattern was found for soils suggesting that resuspension and deposition of airborne coal and fly ash particles, transport of gaseous species in the flue gas by dominant winds and/or leaching from ash deposits may have affected the wider environment. Whilst a large number of trace elements were found to be poorly soluble across samples, the leachable concentrations of Se, Cr and Mo in fly ash and slag are noteworthy. Their organic association in coal enhances volatilisation during combustion and then further condensation on ash particles as readily soluble oxyanionic species. Other oxyanionic metalloids such as As or V were insoluble in fly ash and slag, due to precipitation of solubility-limiting Ca-bearing species.

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi adalah keadaan dimana tekanan darah arteri terus-menerus tinggi dan dipengaruhi berbagai faktor. Tekanan darah tinggi pada masa muda meningkatkan risiko hipertensi pada ...masa dewasa. Sensitivitas rasa mempengaruhi asupan makanan sehingga dilakukan uji ambang rasa asin untuk melihat kepekaan terhadap rasa asin. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara ambang rasa asin dengan kejadian hipertensi pada usia remaja di Surabaya. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan desain penelitian berupa cross-sectional dan teknik pengambilan sampel memakai simple random sampling. Data yang diambil merupakan data primer berupa kuisioner terkait karakteristik responden dan uji ambang rasa asin menggunakan metode 3-AFC dan lima konsentrasi natrium berbeda. Hubungan antara ambang rasa asin dengan hipertensi diuji menggunakan correlation spearmann. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 4,2% responden laki-laki memiliki ambang rasa asin tinggi dan hipertensi dan sebanyak 2% responden perempuan memiliki ambang rasa asin tinggi dan hipertensi. Hasil uji hubungan antara ambang rasa asin tinggi dengan hipertensi pada remaja laki-laki menunjukkan nilai p-value 0,027 (r=0,320) untuk tekanan darah sistolik dan p-value 0,003 (r=0,422) untuk tekanan darah diastolik. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ambang rasa asin dengan kejadian hipertensi pada remaja laki-laki. Kata Kunci: Ambang Rasa Asin, Hipertensi, Remaja

This study aims to measure the satisfaction level of the recipients of the community development program. The Bumi Rasa program received a satisfaction index of 3.06 from the community, which converted to a satisfaction index of 76.67, indicating that the community is very satisfied with the program
In the last few years, intelligent chatbot systems have been prevalent in various application fields, especially in education. Therefore, the demand for such online consulting services like chatbots ...is getting higher respectively. However, most communications between potential students and universities are performed manually, which is very time-consuming procedure, becoming a burden on the head of admissions. In this paper, we introduce an AI-based chatbot where students can instantly get daily updates of curriculum, admission for new students, tuition fees, IELTS writing task II score, etc. Our chatbot was developed by Deep Learning models, which are already integrated into the Rasa framework. We also proposed a rational pipeline for Vietnamese chatbots with our data preprocessing to obtain optimal accuracy and to avoid the overfitting of the model. Our model can detect more than fifty types of questions from users' input with an accuracy of 97.1% on test set. The chatbot was applied for National Economics University's official admission Fanpage on the Facebook platform, which is the most famous social network in Vietnam. This research shows detailed guidelines on how to build an AI chatbot from scratch, and the techniques we used, which can be applied to any language globally.
Herbo-mineral-metallic formulations are an inseparable part of the Ayurveda system of traditional medicine. Hridayarnava Rasa (HR) is a preparation containing metals like copper, sulphur, and mercury ...in processed forms and other herbs that do not produce toxic effects and adverse drug reactions when taken in appropriate dosage. Ayurveda practitioners use it in treating cardiac diseases like hypertension, cardiotoxicity and many more. The rasa-aushadhis possess characteristics such as rapid efficacy, little dosage required, and extensive therapeutic applicability. Hridayarnava Rasa AFI Part-1, 20:55 has been employed for the treatment of various diseases from ancient times. A systematic study of these formulations manufacturing is required to maintain their quality, safety, and efficacy is a need of time to protect the immense faith of patients in Ayurveda.
The present study aimed to prepare HR as per standard operating procedures mentioned in the classical text and to characterize it physio-chemically using advanced analytical techniques.
HR was prepared and physicochemical analyses and assay of elements by ICP-AES were carried out as per Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India (API). Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission gun scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy (FEG SEM, EDAX), CHNS-O analysis, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), Particle size distribution analysis (PSD) was carried out.
The XRD analysis of HR showed the presence of unreacted sulphur and sulfides of copper and mercury. FEG SEM revealed the particles in the form of aggregates as nanocrystallites in the range of 100–1000 nm. Elemental analysis showed the presence of copper, sulphur, and mercury in major, along with traces of iron, calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium. In FTIR analysis, 18 peaks were observed, which strongly suggests the presence of various organic groups. In the TGA, four peaks were seen, which can be attributed to sulphur volatilization and oxidative changes in mercury. In PSD analysis, 50% of the material was found below 16.40 μm.
To establish a piece of fundamental knowledge and ensure uniformity of these rasa-aushadhis, it is imperative to conduct an analysis of their characteristics as per classical texts and modern analytical techniques. Additionally, it is crucial to investigate the significance of each procedural step included in the preparation process. The inferences drawn are helpful as an essential aid for quality assurance and standardization of this herbo-mineral-metallic formulation.
The need for a shift in approach to dance education and non-Eurocentric dance forms in postsecondary dance programs is apparent. This paper begins with a fundamental why and then offers the ...frameworks of gnosis (knowledge by perception) and episteme (knowledge by systematic study) and process-based teaching-learning as viable approaches to inclusion. Embracing values such as inquiry, plurality, and reflection is essential to postsecondary dance programs including South Asian dances, whether in formal academic structures or informal spaces of partnership. Simultaneously, South Asian dancer-collaborators take on response and responsibility in this work and reflect deeply on what we know, as we share our knowledge. This paper enumerates possible manifestations of including South Asian dances in postsecondary education, which depend on dance programs fully embracing new approaches in education. Together with South Asian collaborators, programs can perform their work so that all participants relish the rasa (profound engagement) of the experience.
Aksi unjuk rasa anarkis kerap kali dipicu oleh tindakan penghasutan oleh oknum tertentu. Seperti kasus Demonstrasi yang terjadi di depan kantor DPRD Sumatera Barat kota Padang pada tanggal 25 ...September 2019, yang berakhir anarkis akibat adanya dugaan penghasutan yang dilakukan oleh Ananda Harahap. Pembuktian tindak pidana ini, sering kali menimbulkan dilema bagi aparat penegak hukum, disebabkan mudahnya tindak pidana penghasutan berlindung dibalik hak untuk kemerdekaan berserikat dan menyatakan pendapat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-sosiologis yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa hasil wawancara dan data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, studi dokumen dan bahan kepustakaan. Berdasarkan kasus yang menjadi objek penelitian ini ditemukan fakta bahwa, perbuatan Ananda Harahap, telah memenuhi unsur-unsur tindak pidana penghasutan. Selain itu, terdapat kendala yang dihadapi penyidik Ditreskrimum Polda Sumbar dalam pemenuhan unsur tindak pidana ini pada unjuk rasa anarkis, yaitu: tindak pidana penghasutan merupakan delik materiil, tindak pidana penghasutan dalam Pasal 160 KUHP sebagai konstitusional bersyarat (conditionally constitutional), dan adanya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 7/PUU-VII/2009 tentang Pengujian terhadap Pasal 160 KUHP sebagai pasal yang melanggar Hak Asasi Manusia.
