Chatbots are artificial intelligence software that can communicate with users to assist them in certain tasks or provide information. They can reduce the need for human interaction and make processes ...more efficient. However, when it comes to more specific tasks related to handling the problem of stunting in toddlers these services are usually unable to provide an appropriate response. Chatbots were created with the help of the Rasa framework, which was designed to adapt the various components of natural language understanding (NLU). This adjustment allows him to understand more complex questions from respondents such as those related to healthy feeding of toddlers. This research explained the use of the Rasa framework to enhance their capabilities, describe the testing and evaluation process, and present the performance results of the chatbot model in addressing the issue of stunting in toddlers. The model is then tested using a confusion matrix, precision, accuracy, and F1 score, which measures how accurate the chatbot's responses are to the user's input. The model had a precision, accuracy, and F1 score of 0.928, 0.932 and 0.930, respectively.
Pendidikan memegang peranan krusial dalam kemajuan suatu bangsa, dan rasa percaya diri memiliki peran penting dalam proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kedua ...faktor tersebut terhadap rasa percaya diri mahasiswa serta menemukan hubungan antara keduanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik random sampling, melibatkan 105 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang mengevaluasi pembelajaran daring, motivasi berprestasi, dan tingkat rasa percaya diri. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dan ganda serta uji koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap rasa percaya diri mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik pembelajaran dalam jaringan maupun motivasi berprestasi dalam perspektif Buddhis memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat rasa percaya diri mahasiswa. Variabel pembelajaran dalam jaringan memberikan sumbangan efektif yang lebih besar (57,1%) daripada motivasi berprestasi (22,25%) terhadap tingkat rasa percaya diri. Ini menegaskan pentingnya implementasi pembelajaran daring yang efektif serta peningkatan motivasi berprestasi dalam membentuk rasa percaya diri mahasiswa. Dalam kesimpulan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran dalam jaringan dan motivasi berprestasi memiliki hubungan yang erat dalam membentuk rasa percaya diri mahasiswa. Implementasi pembelajaran daring yang efektif dan peningkatan motivasi berprestasi dapat menjadi strategi penting dalam membentuk rasa percaya diri mahasiswa di konteks pendidikan Buddhis.
Penyakit ginjal kronik adalah gangguan fungsi pada ginjal yang bersifat progresif dan tidak dapat pulih kembali, dimana tubuh tidak mampu memelihara metabolisme, keseimbangan cairan, dan elektrolit ...yang berakibat pada peningkatan ureum. Terapi pengganti pada penyakit ginjal kronik (PGK) yang banyak dipilih yaitu hemodialisis. Pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis sering merasakan haus akibat adanya program pembatasan cairan yang dianjurkan. Menghisap es batu merupakan salah satu dari banyak metode manajemen rasa haus pada pasien PGK. Tujuan studi ini adalah menganalisis intervensi menghisap es batu terhadap penurunan intensitas rasa haus pada pasien PGK. Penerapan studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan dengan mengaplikasikan evidence based practice nursing pada dua pasien PGK yang menjalani hemodialisis. Hasil pemberian intervensi terjadi penurunan intensitas rasa haus. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan intensitas rasa haus turun dari intensitas sedang ke intensitas ringan. Intervensi ini dapat menjadi salah satu manajemen terapi yang dapat diaplikasikan untuk mengurangi keluhan rasa haus baik di rumah maupun di rumah sakit.
High-temperature annealing, known as Tabula Rasa (TR), proves to be an effective method for dissolving oxygen precipitate nuclei in n-Cz silicon and makes this material resistant to ...temperature-induced and process-induced lifetime degradation. Tabula Rasa is especially effective in n-Cz wafers with oxygen concentration >15 ppma. Vacancies, self-interstitials, and their aggregates result from TR as a metastable side effect. Temperature-dependent lifetime spectroscopy reveals that these metastable defects have shallow energy levels ~0.12 eV. Their concentrations strongly depend on the ambient gases during TR because of an offset of the thermal equilibrium between vacancies and self-interstitials. However, these metastable defects anneal out at typical cell processing temperatures =850 degrees C and have little effect on the bulk lifetime of the processed cell structures. Without dissolving built-in oxygen precipitate nuclei, high-temperature solar cell processing severely degrades the minority carrier lifetimes to below 0.1 millisecond, while TR-treated n-Cz wafers after the cell processing steps exhibit carrier lifetimes above 2.2 milliseconds.
The current research is an ethnopragmatic study which aims to describe the practice of adu rasa, angonrasa, and njaga rasa in the speech act of the Javanese kiai. This research is an ethnographic ...field study. The data are the speeches of kiai from Central Java (Rembang and Demak) and East Java (Tuban) in the religious preaching activities, and they are provided through explanatory text. They are collected by observation and documentation through recording, observing and note-taking. The ability to understand, to see, and to remain considerate towards the interlocutor is necessary to make sure the communication runs very well. The practice of adu rasa, angon rasa and njaga rasa in the speech act of Javanese kiai is manifested in; (1) the speech act for convincing others under the principle of adu rasa and angon rasa (reassurance and sensibility management); (2) the speech act for convincing others under the principle of showing concern; and (3) the speech act for inviting others to do something (recommendation) under the principle of adu rasa and angon rasa.Keywords: Speech Acts, Ethnopragmatics, Adu Rasa, Angon Rasa, Javanese Kiai
The Raša coal from Istria belongs to a special type of superhigh-organic-sulfur coals, with organic sulfur content of 11%. This study encompasses culm and coal ashes from old landfills left behind ...after many decades of the Raša coal use with regards to their rare earth element geochemistry. Regarding the studied coal ashes, obtained results suggest a substantial variability in the content of rare earth elements and Y (REY) in coal combustion products generated from the Raša coal. Although samples of coal ash and culm of the Raša coal have REO (oxide of REY) content (up to 464 mg kg−1) below the level considered as the cut-off grade for beneficial recovery of these metals (1000 ppm, ash basis), they contain relatively high share of critical REY (>30%). The coutl values (outlook coefficient of REY ores; based on Seredin-Dai's criterion) range from 0.78 to 1.45 while Eu and Ce anomaly display slightly positive and negative values, respectively. With LaN/SmN ratios below unity, from 0.65 to 0.88, and LaN/LuN and GdN/LuN ratios ranging from 0.53 to 1.17 and from 0.80 to 1.41, respectively, they dominantly correspond to M-type of enrichment and only sporadically to H-type of enrichment.
Previous studies attributed the formation of superhigh-organic-sulfur Raša coal to the seawater percolation. However, the geochemical data presented in this study suggest that the Raša coal-bearing strata, representing the Upper Paleocene lacustrine and brackish facies, were influenced by both the seawater and the hydrothermal solutions under conditions which led not only to sulfur enrichment but also to REY accumulation.
From the economic standpoint and currently available data, Raša coal ash cannot be considered as the secondary raw material for rare earth elements, but its significantly variable composition and relatively high REO found in culm highlights the need for future studies of Raša coal and related combustion products.

Background: In Ayurveda, metal and mineral-based formulations are popularly practised for their pleasant applicability and first-rate potency. There is no doubt about the safety and potency of ...Ayurveda Rasa Aushadhis if they are prepared and used as per the terms mentioned in the literature. For the globalisation of Ayurveda, safety and efficacy with quality control have become important affairs for the scientific presentation of truth/reality. The present study was undertaken to document and analyse the information from clinical records about gross safety and prescription trends of different Ayurveda Rasa Aushadhis. Methodology: Primary data collection was performed from 24 clinical centres of CCRAS through a prescribed format. Prescription records of patients during the last five years (1st April 2012 to 31st March 2017); irrespective of age, sex and religion, were analysed. Evaluation of these clinical records confined to prescription trends and consumption of 15 commonly prescribed Rasa Aushadhis (herbs-mineral formulations) was done to infer. Result and Observation: Overall, 1,09,307 patients were treated with prescribed Rasa Aushadhis, and there were no Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) or Suspected Adverse Reactions (SAR) or any untoward effects associated with the prescribed Rasa Aushadhis, during the full course of treatments as well as later/after follow-up. Analysis shows the conditions of clinical application of the Rasa Aushadhis were duly based on fundamental concepts of Ayurveda. Conclusion: Based on retrieved data from reported medical practices of Rasa Aushadhis in different clinical research facilities, the present study reveals the safety and rationale of using 15 commonly used Rasa Aushadhis across India. The study would certainly disseminate the merits of Ayurvedic Rasa Aushadhis in understanding gross safety and potency.
A FecX-mutated allele called FecXR in the BMP15 gene has been described in Rasa aragonesa sheep. FecXR causes increased prolificacy when heterozygous and sterility when homozygous in ewes. However, ...highly prolific ewes without the FecXR allele have been found in this breed. Therefore, a genome-wide association study (GWAS) was performed in 158 ewes (tail H: N = 73, mean prolificacy ± standard deviation = 2.14 ± 0.26; tail L: N = 85, mean prolificacy = 1.06 ± 0.08) with the Ovine HD SNP BeadChip. In this analysis, the FecXGR allele was found to have genome-wide significance associated with prolificacy, first described in the Grivette sheep breed. We also identified a novel polymorphism in exon 2 of BMP15 in 9 high prolific ewes by Sanger sequencing. This new mutation, called FecXRA, is a SNP (Oar3.1_X: g. 50970948C > T; NM_001114767.1: c.1172C > T) that produces an amino acid substitution (ENSOART00000010201: p.T400I) that is predicted to be deleterious and to alter the predicted secondary structure of the mature protein. To confirm if this SNP had any the effect on prolificacy, we genotyped sires with known EBVs (Estimated Breeding Values), finding one hemizygous sire for the FecXRA allele with the highest EBV in the breeding program (effect on litter size at + 0.39 lamb per lambing). A very low frequency, ranging from 0.13 to 2%, was found for the FecXGR and FecXRA alleles in 3428 animals belonging to four different flocks. Finally, an association study was performed to validate and quantify the effects of the FecXGR and FecXRA alleles. Significant increased prolificacy of 0.52 ± 0.05, 0.42 ± 0.05 and 0.32 ± 0.01 were found when comparing FecXGR, FecXRA and FecXR heterozygous ewes to wild type homozygous ones. These effects are of the same order of magnitude as the effect of most of other known major genes for prolificacy. Only significant differences between FecXGR and FecXR were found among the three alleles associated with increased prolificacy. However, we cannot confirm the effect of the FecXRA allele at homozygous state because we did not find any homozygous ewes. These results confirm that these three alleles in the BMP15 gene that affect prolificacy co-segregate in Rasa aragonesa sheep.
