Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak melalui metode bernyanyi “Asyik “Di TK Negeri Pembina Tingkat Nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ...tindakan kelas (PTK). Populasinya adalah anak kelompok A1 berjumlah 16 anak terdiri dari 9 anak perempuan dan 7 anak laki – laki. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Bahwa menyanyi lagu Asyik dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak, mereka dapat melaksanakan tugas, memperdalam pemahaman dalam hal apapun diawali dan diakhiri menyayi lagu “Asyik”. Hal ini dapat di buktikan dari hasil observasi sebelum tindakan diperoleh presentasi percaya diri sebesar 35, 29 % pada pelaksanaan siklus II meningkat sebesar 82,35 %. proses kegiatan bernyanyi lagu Asyik sangat di sukai anak – kanak karena mudah di terapkan dan sangat sederhana untuk kelompok usia 4- 5 tahun. Melalui bernyanyi lagu Asyik anak dapat menunjukan rasa percaya diri dalam melakukan aktivitas, berani tampil di depan umum dan reaksi emosi yang gembira saat bernyanyi. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil analisis data di atas menunjukan bahwa metode bernyanyi Asyik dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak Kelompok A1 di TK Negeri Pembina Tingkat Nasional.
Sandy coastal areas are very dynamic systems in which morphological changes occur over different time scales from hours to decades. However, it has been widely reported that major storms are the main ...responsible of the most significant changes in short to medium time scales. Major storms have been defined using a variety of environmental variables, but they are normally associated with high values of wave height, duration, return period and direction.
Here, we aim to characterize types of major storms and to categorize associated morphological impacts over a complex coastal system. The study site, known as Punta Rasa, is located in the Samborombón bay in the outer part of the Río de La Plata estuary (Argentina) and corresponds to a zone of interaction between a large sandy spit and a backwash tidal flat system. Methods combine statistics of wave climate time-series, analysis of wave energy using nearshore numerical modelling (SWAN) and comparison of pre- and post-storm morphological changes by means of shoreline change detection and satellite images derived indexes (CoastSat Toolkit and NDWI index respectively).
Results allowed to characterize four types of major storms impacting the study area: High-Energy Storms (HES), defined by an average storm wave below the 1 % exceedance (>2.6 m), Long-Lived Storms (LLS) represented by an exceedance of the 1 % of Du (>60 h), Storm Groups (SG) in which storm return period is <6 days and Northeastern moderate storms (NMS) defined by their eastern, onshore oriented direction. Under HES and NMS storms erosional areas are dominant over depositional, causing shoreline retreat, a growth of the end-spit and the increase on sand deposition on the back-barrier areas. Under LLS and SG storms, the morphological impact varies alongshore, with multiple erosional hotspots found along the shoreline accompanied by a general flattens of the end-spit system.

Abstrak - Riset ini bertujuan guna (1) mengetahui bagaimana korelasi kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PD Mutia Rasa (2) mengetahui bagaimana korelasi persepsi harga terhadap ...keputusan pembelian pada PD Mutia Rasa (3) mengetahui bagaimana korelasi kualitas produk persepsi harga pada keputusan pembelian di PD Mutia Rasa (4) mengetahui gambaran kualitas produk pada PD Mutia Rasa (5) mengetahui gambaran persepsi harga pada PD Mutia Rasa(6) mengetahui keputusan pembelian pada PD Mutia Rasa riset ini ialah riset analisis deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada riset ini ialah pelanggan PD. Mutia Rasa selama seminggu sebanyak 182 dan jumlah sampel 53 orang. teknik sampling pada riset menerapkan Teknik dari non-probability sampling dengan metode pengambilan incidental sampling. Tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5% dengan analisis uji regresi berganda serta memenuhi kriteria uji persyaratan analisis dan uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan aplikasi program SPPSHasil yang didapat dalam riset ini memperlihatkan adanya korelasi positive serta signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas produk pada keputusan pembelian produk sale jari dengan nilai t thitung yakni 2,981 > nilai ttabel 1,675 dan tingkat signifikasinya sebesar 0,000 > 0,05. Persepsi harga berkorelasi positive serta signifikan secara parsial pada keputusan pembelian dengan nilai thitung yakni 4,671 > nilai ttabel 1,675 dan tingkat signifikasinya sebesar 0,010 > 0,05 kualitas produk serta harga secara simultan berkorelasi positive pada keputusan pembelian produk sale jari dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 16,992 > nilai ttabel 3,17 dan tingkat signifikasinya yakni 0,000 > 0,05. Tingginya pengaruh kualitas produk serta persepsi harga pada keputusan pembelianproduk sale jari ialah 629% serta peersamaan regresi yang didapatkan ialah Y = 0,412 + 0,402 X1 + 0,669 X2
Abstract - This study was conducted with the aim of (1) knowing how the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at PD Mutia Rasa (2) knowing how the influence of price perceptions on purchasing decisions at PD Mutia Rasa (3) knowing how the influence of product quality on price perceptions on purchasing decisions at PD Mutia Rasa (4) knowing the description of product quality at PD Mutia Rasa (5) knowing the description of price perceptions at PD Mutia Rasa (6) knowing purchasing decisions at PD Mutia Rasa this research is a descriptive analysis research with a quantitative approach. Population in consumer research PD. Mutia Rasa for a week were 182 and the number of samples was 53 people. The sampling technique in this research uses the technique of non-probability sampling with the incidental sampling method. The error rate is 5% with multiple regression analysis and meets the criteria for the analysis requirements test and classical assumption test using the SPPS program application. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a partially significant positive between product quality and purchasing decisions for finger sale products with a t value tcount is 2,981 > ttable value is 1,675 and the significance level is 0.000 > 0.05. Price perception has a partially significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount value of 4.671 > ttable value 1.675 and a significance level of 0.010 > 0.05 product quality and price simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for finger sale products with an Fcount value of 16.992 > ttable value 3.17 and the significance level is 0.000 > 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of product quality and price perception on purchasing decisions for finger sale products is 629% and the regression equation obtained is Y = 0.412 + 0.402 X1 + 0.669 X2
A FecX-mutated allele called FecX(R) in the BMP15 gene has been described in Rasa aragonesa sheep. FecX(R) causes increased prolificacy when heterozygous and sterility when homozygous in ewes. ...However, highly prolific ewes without the FecX(R) allele have been found in this breed. Therefore, a genome-wide association study (GWAS) was performed in 158 ewes (tail H: N = 73, mean prolificacy +/- standard deviation = 2.14 +/- 0.26; tail L: N = 85, mean prolificacy = 1.06 +/- 0.08) with the Ovine HD SNP BeadChip. In this analysis, the FecX(GR) allele was found to have genome-wide significance associated with prolificacy, first described in the Grivette sheep breed. We also identified a novel polymorphism in exon 2 of BMP15 in 9 high prolific ewes by Sanger sequencing. This new mutation, called FecX(RA), is a SNP (Oar3.1_X: g. 50970948C > T; NM_001114767.1: c.1172C > T) that produces an amino acid substitution (ENSOART00000010201: p.T400I) that is predicted to be deleterious and to alter the predicted secondary structure of the mature protein. To confirm if this SNP had any the effect on prolificacy, we genotyped sires with known EBVs (Estimated Breeding Values), finding one hemizygous sire for the FecX(RA) allele with the highest EBV in the breeding program (effect on litter size at + 0.39 lamb per lambing). A very low frequency, ranging from 0.13 to 2%, was found for the FecX(R) and FecX(RA) alleles in 3428 animals belonging to four different flocks. Finally, an association study was performed to validate and quantify the effects of the FecX(GR) and FecX(RA) alleles. Significant increased prolificacy of 0.52 +/- 0.05, 0.42 +/- 0.05 and 0.32 +/- 0.01 were found when comparing FecX(GR), FecX(RA) and FecX(R) heterozygous ewes to wild type homozygous ones. These effects are of the same order of magnitude as the effect of most of other known major genes for prolificacy. Only significant differences between FecX(GR) and FecX(R) were found among the three alleles associated with increased prolificacy. However, we cannot confirm the effect of the FecX(RA) allele at homozygous state because we did not find any homozygous ewes. These results confirm that these three alleles in the BMP15 gene that affect prolificacy co-segregate in Rasa aragonesa sheep. (C) 2020 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

This research article is aimed to study chronic toxicity of SKC and KSH for safety aspect in Wistar rats.
A study group of 220 healthy rats were divided into six groups. These rats were administered with SKC and KSH formulations where both the formulations were administered for 180 consecutive days. SKC was administered at doses of 58 mg/kg (equivalent to therapeutic dose i.e. TD), 145 mg/kg (2.5 TD), 290 mg/kg (5 TD) and KSH was administered at dose of 58 mg/kg (TD). According to OECD guideline 452, the effect of these formulations was examined on hematology, serum biochemistry and histopathology of various organs.
Both the formulations did not produce any signs or symptoms of treatment related toxicity in both male and female Wistar rats at therapeutic dose (TD), 2.5 times TD and 5 times TD.
Based on these findings, the NOAEL (No observed adverse effect level) for test formulations SKC and KSH tablets in male and female wistar rats concluded to be preclinically safe.

Metode wawancara digunakan untuk mendapatan informasi yang dibutuhkan, metode dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengetahui profil sekolah, perangkat pembelajaran data peserta didik dan problematikan karakter yang timbul dalam pembelajaran tematik, Metode angket terbuka digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi dari peserta didik yang penulis belum dapatkan dari hasil wawancara. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan urutan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi.. Temuan utama: Hasil dari penelitian dimana dengan pembelajaran tematik dapat meningkatkan karakter rasa ingin tahu peserta didik kelas rendah. Keterbaruan penelitian: Keterbaharuan penelitian ini terdapat pada analisis pembelajaran tematik pada terhadap karakter peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Karakter yang dilihat yaitu karakter rasa ingin tahu dan juga karakter jujur. Dimana dua karakter tersebut penting untuk ditingkatkan pada pedrts didik yang memberikan pengaruh pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan.
Arshakuthar rasa (AR) is a mercury based Ayurvedic herbo-metallic formulation. The concerns are being raised about the probable toxicity of mercury after prolonged use of AR. Hence, there is need for ...a long-term repeated in vivo toxicity study. The study will provide data with scientific evidence to enable safe use of the drug. Moreover, lack of toxicity study with AR incited us to perform sub-chronic study on rats.
The aim of the study is to generate data by performing a sub-chronic study to assess the toxicity of AR after its prolonged oral intake.
The female and male rats were administered with 30 (low), 300 (medium) and 600 mg/kg BW/day (high) dose of AR for 90 consecutive days. The body weight, feed consumption and water intake were monitored weekly. On 91st day, blood was collected from retro-orbital plexus of rats and then sacrificed to harvest the vital organs for biochemical, haematological, histopathological, genotoxicity along with the expression study of oxidative stress related genes and the biodistribution of elements in the blood.
Significant alterations in serum biochemical parameters were observed at the medium and high doses. The histopathological changes were in corroboration with biochemical changes at high dose in liver. There was no detectable level of mercury in blood, less to moderate biochemical changes, no haematological changes, moderate regulation of stress-related genes, and low genotoxicity. These results indicated that AR can be considered as moderately toxic above 600 mg/kg BW and mildly toxic at 300 mg/kg BW.
It may be interpreted that AR may not induce grave toxic response in human after long-duration of oral administration at therapeutic doses.

Dalam melaksanakan tugas penanganan kerusuhan massa pada saat terjadi demonstrasi Polri menggunakan Perkap Nomor 16 Tahun 2006 tentang Pedoman Pengendalian Massa, Protap/1/X/2010 tentang Penanggulangan Anarki, Perkap Nomor 1 Tahun 2012 tentang Peleton Pengurai Massa, Perkap Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 tentang Tata Cara Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan, Pengamanan dan Penanganan Perkara Penyampaian Pendapat di Muka Umum. Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan bahwa jumlah aksi unjuk rasa baik yang bersifat damai maupun anarkis dari tahun 2014 s/d Oktober 2017 sebanyak 123 kasus aksi unjuk rasa yang bersifat damai, dari 123 kasus, 10 kasus bersifat anarkis. Permasalahan dalam tesis ini adalah: penggunaan kekuatan oleh Satsabhara Polresta Padang dalam menangani aksi unjuk rasa anarkis di Kota Padang. This article examines Sanskrit and Pali conceptions of contempt, and explores how they work in a number of ancient Indian genres, with a sustained focus on the Rāmāyaṇa. The article argues that while ...Indian texts often analyze emotion words and concepts systematically and with intricate granularity, contempt was not seen as an interior state to be theorized or managed therapeutically or morally. Rather, words for contempt are used to describe behaviors, etiquette, and social relationships, and are principally concerned with stipulating social status.
