Faced the fact that competition within logistic industry is getting fierce in China, this essay is based on game theory (pure strategic Nash equilibrium & admixture strategic Nash equilibrium) to ...analyze the relation between price of transport service and service quality within road freight transport industry. It is pointed out that making different pricing policies due to different service qualities is not only profitable for road freight transport enterprises, but also beneficial to the overall improvement of road freight transport service quality. It is also found out that different road freight transport service prices reflect the positive correlation between road freight transport service price and road freight transport service quality.
Increased competition in the transport market has led to more focus on enterprise's logistics network. To build and improve the integration of logistics network is regarded as the key way to improve ...supply chain efficiency. This paper firstly focuses on the hub-and-spoke network structure which is widely used in road freight transport system, and by taking into account the restriction of sole service characteristics and service capacity limit, puts forward a hybrid hub-and-spoke network structure to optimize the road freight transport network; then, the paper sets up the total cost model of the network and carries on scientific quantization to every combination of the cost through exhaustive analysis to the cost; lastly, the paper introduces a (0,1) optimization mathematics model to optimize the transit lines based on the lowest total cost of hybrid hub-and-spoke network structure. A practical application to a third-party logistics provider is also described.

Currently, price wars between road freight transport enterprises are intense, the road freight transport industry has been developing very slowly in China. Faced the fact that competition within road ...freight transport industry is getting fierce in China, this essay is based on the perspective of game theory, adopting the Bertrand oligopoly model to analyze the price behavior among road freight transport enterprises. Game theory (pure strategic Nash equilibrium) has been used to analyze the relation between price of transport service and service quality within road freight transport industry. It is pointed out that the root of the slow development of road freight transport industry in China is that the price war between transport enterprises is unhealthy; transport service prices severely deviate from transport costs.
