Uvod: Osamljenost je mednarodni problem javnega zdravja. Povzroča boleč in skrb vzbujajoč občutek čustvene ali socialne izolacije in je vzrok težavam, povezanim z duševnim zdravjem. Osamljenost je ...pogosto prisotna pri starejših odraslih, tudi pri tistih, ki bivajo v domovih za starejše. S pregledom literature želimo predstaviti aktivnosti in njihovo učinkovitost pri zmanjševanju osamljenosti pri starejših odraslih v domovihza starejše. Metode: Izvedli smo sistematični pregled znanstvene literature. Iskanje s ključnimi besedami v angleškem jeziku je potekalo v mednarodnih bazah podatkov: PubMed, CINAHL in SAGE. Za prikaz pregleda ter izbire vključenih člankov smo uporabili diagram poteka. Vključene članke smo kritično ocenili z orodjem Joanna Briggs Institutes in zbrane podatke analizirali po metodi tematske analize. Rezultati: V končno analizo je bilo vključenih 20 člankov. Oblikovali smo dve glavni temi. Prva tema »aktivnosti za preprečevanje osamljenosti« odraža dve podtemi: gibalne in družabne aktivnosti. Druga tema »vpliv aktivnosti na preprečevanje osamljenosti« prikazuje fizične, psihološke in socialne vplive aktivnosti na preprečevanje osamljenosti. Diskusija in zaključek: Pri zmanjševanju osamljenosti so najučinkovitejše vodene in usmerjene aktivnosti: telesne vadbe, umetniško ustvarjanje, vrtnarjenje, pogovorne skupine, pa tudi terapija smeha in obujanje spominov.
The aim of the study is to outline findings and conclusions of the research project the author conducted within her thesis. The thesis deals with Hrabal’s novella Too Loud a Solitude in the English ...translation, which was analysed, and it also discusses the historical context creating both the translation and the original text written in three variations. One of the aims of the translation analysis was to determine which text is the translation based on, because the English text is significantly different from the mostly published Czech text. The thesis also deals with reception of Too Loud a Solitude by both ‘common’ readers and academics and it compares the approach to the novella in the English and the Czech discourse. Shifts in the translated text and differences in academic reception are discussed on the background of the theory of cultural manipulation.
The article shortly presents an overview of the two versions of the Italian translation of Bohumil Hrabal’s Příliš hlučná samota. Starting by taking into accout the complex philological questions of ...its genesis and editorial fortunes in its home country, I will then examine the Italian translation by Sergio Corduas for Einaudi (1987) and its revised version (by the same translator) for the Meridiani Mondadori edition (2003) in comparison with the text edited in Sebrané spisy Bohumila Hrabala (1994).

For 25 years he has lived in a cottage in Šumava. We walk through the rooms that he inhabits. He doesn't have any electrical connection. He says comfort is no good for people. Since his childhood he has painted, some of his works we can see hanging on the walls. He lives here alone with several horses only. In an interview, Neena Samota, senior policy development manager at crime reduction charity Nacro, talked about a project in a Hertfordshire prison that prepares offenders to play an active role in ...building their communities. Because of an increasing world population it is difficult to deal with human feeding in the world. Sesame is cultivated for its seeds which contain about 50-60% oil and 20-25% of protein. Its oil is stabile and high quality which contain high unsaturated fatty acids. One of the major obstacles to increase sesame production is its low yields. There are some high quality registered varieties available but in general low yielding land races or populations are used to grow sesame; thus, its cultivation is reduced in Turkey. This research was conducted to determine suitable sesame cultivars for Menemen, Ä°zmir conditions in 2007 and 2008 growing seasons on the experiment field of Aegean Agricultural Research Institute (AARI) in Menemen conditions. Registered and candidate sesame varieties with yellow and white seed coat were used in this study. The main objectives of the study were to determine sesame varieties which could grown with satisfactory yield performance in Aegean Region. The experiments were conducted in Randomized Complete Block Design with four replications.
This research was conducted to evaluate effectiveness of five plant oils (three essential oils (rosemary, thyme, mint) and two plant oils (garlic, sesame)) against root knot nematode (Meloidogyne ...incognita) in 2006-2009. Trial was designed as randomized complete block design with two different nematode inoculum densities (1000, 2000) J2/pot and two different essential oil concentrations (50, 150) pot/l replicated six times. There were no significant differences between nematode inoculum densities and oil volumes used. However, all oil treatments suppressed nematode populations and resulted an increase in root mass tissue. Compared with control groups, among the oils, thyme (%2.82) and garlic (%5.53)yielded the lowest galling on the roots when their contacts with plant tissues were avoided during the applications. Rosemary, mint, and sesame treatments were less effective in reducing galling. Compared with control groups, thyme (2.46)and garlic (2.50) yielded again the lowest egg masses. Such oil studies conducted in control conditions need to be repeated in the field and greenhouse conditions to see the possible differences because nematodes and essential oils could be influenced by different experimental conditions. Application of a rate of 50 μl/plant of thyme and garlic essential oils in the field or greenhouses could give the best results in root nematode control and be a alternative to the current nematicides.
Bu aratırma 2006-2009 yılları arasında, üç farklı uçucu bitkisel yaın (biberiye, kekik, nane) ve iki farklı bitkisel kökenli yaın (sarımsak, susam) kök-ur nematoduna (Meloidogyne incognita) karı etkinlii aratırılmıtır. M. incognita'nın iki farklı ikinci dönem inokulasyon seviyesi (1000, 2000 adet/saksı) ile iki farklı ya younluunda (50 μl, 150 μl/saksı) tesadüfi bloklar deseni eklinde bir çalıma yürütülmütür. Çalımada dozlar ve larva aılama younluu arasında fark görülmezken, tüm yaların nematodu baskı altına aldıı ve bitki kök geliimini artırdıı gözlenmitir. Bitkilerde kök boazı teması önlenerek yapıldıında uygulamalarda urlanmayı azaltmada en önemli etki kontrol grubuna göre kekik (%2.82) ile sarımsak (%5.53) muamelelerinde gözlenmitir. Buna karın biberiye, nane ve susam uygulamalarının daha az etkili olduu ortaya çıkmıtır. Yumurta paketi oluumunu engellemede en iyi skala deeri kontrol ile karılatırıldıında (3.71) yine kekik (2.46) ile sarımsak'ta (2.50) tespit edilmitir. Bu çalıma kontrollü artlarda yapıldıı için kullanılan bitkisel yaların sera ve açık alanlarda uygulandıında nasıl bir etki yapacaı bilinmemektedir. Bitkisel kökenli yalardan kekik ve sarımsaın her bir kök bölgesine (bitki baına) 50 μl'lik dozlarda sera ve tarla uygulamalarında, nematod kontrolünde var olan nematisitlere alternatif oluturabilecei mümkündür.
The study was carried out to determine the effect of sowing time and irrigation on yield, yield components and charcoal rot disease of sesame in Diyarbakır in 2006. Six sesame lines (B_60, C_7, C_36, ...C_53, Y_7, Y_11) which were collected from Mediterranean and South East Anatolia regions and three Macrophomina phaseolina isolates were used in the study. The experiment was set up in randomized complete block design with three replications, which were artificially infected by pathogen, in Dicle University, Faculty of Agriculture experimental field. The sesame lines sown 5 May (early sowing) and 22 June (late sowing) in 2006, and the plants were grown under irrigated and unirrigated conditions both of two sowing time. The plant height, number of branch, number of pods, yield, weight of 1000 grain and diseases percentage of sesame lines were found to be different according to sowing time and irrigation conditions. The lines yields ranged between 29.98 -219.25 kg/da according to growing conditions. The highest yield were obtained from Y-11 line (141.04 kg/da), but the lowest from C-53 (75.80 kg/da) line. When all lines together evaluated, the lowest (48.29 kg/da) and the highest (161.81 kg/da) yields were recorded at unirrigated-early sowing time and irrigated-early sowing time, respectively.
Bu çalışma, 2006 yılında Dicle Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma alanında ekim zamanı ve sulamanın susamda verim ve verim unsurları ile kökboğazı çürüklüğü hastalığına (Macrophomina phaseolina (Tassi) Goid.) etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Akdeniz ve Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi kökenli 6 susam hattı (B_60, C_7, C_36, C_53, Y_7, Y_11) ile Macrophomina phaseolina fungusuna ait 3 izolat kullanılmıştır. Ekimden önce deneme alanı hastalık etmeni ile yapay olarak inokule edilmiştir. Susam tohumları, erken ve geç olmak üzere, 05.5.2006 ve 22.06.2006 tarihlerinde ekilmiştir. Deneme, ara parseller sulu-susuz, alt parseller ekim zamanı, alt alt parseller ise hatlardan oluşacak şekilde bölünen bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre, üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışmada ele edilen bulgulara göre susam hatlarının bitki boyu, dal sayısı, kapsül sayısı, tohum verimi ve 1000 tane ağırlığı, ekim zamanı, sulu-susuz yetiştirme koşullarına ve hastalık durumuna göre farklılık göstermiştir. Susam hatlarının tohum verimi yetiştirme koşullarına göre 29.98 kg/da ile 219.25 kg/da arasında değişiklik göstermiştir. Hatlar tek başına ele alındığı zaman en düşük verim C-53 nolu (75.80 kg/da) hattan, en yüksek verim ise Y-11 nolu (141.04 kg/da) hattan elde edilmiştir. Tüm hatlar birlikte değerlendirildiğinde en düşük verim 48.29 kg/da ile erken ekim ve susuz yetiştirilen parsellerde, en yüksek verim ise 161.82 kg/da ile erken ekim ve sulu yetiştirilen bitkilerden elde edilmiştir.
