Online review data, from both numerical ratings and textual reviews, for the selected hotel were collected and analysed by using content analysis. The results found six factors that are related to customer satisfaction for smart hotels, which are smart facilities, infrastructure, location, catering facilities, value creation and services.
Background After the Covid-19, using easy payment services is increasing. However, easy payment services confuse users. The reasons of these confusions are both the user interfaces are different among the services and they are developing into dissimilar concepts. In order to solve these confusions and continuously develop the services, it is important to find out the specific factors that affect user’s satisfaction on the services.
Methods In this research, first of all, the definition, characteristics and examples of the easy payment services were reviewed. Next, the meaning of user’s satisfaction in user experience design and factors affecting such satisfaction were understood. With such reviews and understanding, questions for a survey to find satisfaction factors that affect easy payment services were developed from literature reviews and a user research. Finally, the survey was conducted and the results of the survey were examined.
Result Nine satisfaction factors that affect the easy payment services were derived from the factor analysis on the survey: < Reliability >, < Utility >, < Diversity >, < Aesthetic >, < Innovation >, < Error >, < Simplicity >, < Intuition >, and < Immediacy >
Conclusion This study is meaningful because it derived the satisfaction factors that can measure and compare the degree of user’s satisfaction on the easy payment services. In future studies, it is expected to not only evaluate the satisfaction of the services, but also increase the degree of user’s satisfaction by following these satisfaction factors.
E-students' satisfaction significantly affects the success of e-learning adoption and leads to quality improvement of e-courses. E-students' satisfaction also highly impacts student learning ...performance and learning activities in e-courses. However, many previous studies focused on e-student satisfaction factors in developed countries and in some big cities in Vietnam in normal educational contexts. Limited research emphasized top-ranking factors for e-students' satisfaction in emergency remote learning (ERL) in universities in rural regions in Mekong Delta using machine learning methods. Thus, this study aimed to identify crucial factors affecting e-students' satisfaction in ERL in a public university in rural areas of Mekong Delta in Vietnam by using Random Forests (RF) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. This study used a 5-point Likert e-survey including 28 items allocated to four scales: 1) Course designs, (2) Infrastructure and technology, (3) Teacher-student interaction; and (4) Lecturers to collect research data. The employed data included responses of 916 e-students from multi departments of the target university during the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results displayed that RF (94.47%) outperformed SVM (91.15%). The crucial factors were mainly related to infrastructure and technology, materials, and teacher-student interaction, especially feedback and evaluation. The outcomes of this study provide sustainable e-learning in the post-pandemic educational context. The proposed prediction models inform policy-makers and e-learning program designers in a long-term strategy that meets e-leaners' needs in order to attract more e-students and maintain e-student retention.

provedenom online nastavom.
COVID 19 pandemic has swiftly forced the change in the teaching from traditional to online style. Teachers have become recording and holding online sessions without enough training. Moreover, ...students have had to acclimatize to deal with this change. This paper considers the satisfaction of students and teaching staff members of adopting the e-learning technique at the Libyan International Medical University (LIMU). This study has been carried out using data collected by two types of online questionnaires for teaching staff members and students at LIMU. The data analyzed in this study is from 47 teaching staff members and 170 students. The analysis of the collected data has shown that the majority of students and teaching staff members are satisfied with the online learning style at LIMU. However, they often suffer from slow internet connections. In addition, the teaching staff members complain that the interaction with students is insufficient comparing with the face-to-face teaching style.
