Today the digital divide is measured not so much by access to the internet but by people's ability to interact in cyberspace, which calls for specific digital communication skills. These skills are ...also required for participation in e-learning, bearing in mind that the deaf and hard of hearing have certain characteristics related to their condition. This study aims to identify inequalities in access to e-learning by those who are deaf or hard of hearing, observe how they are related to social and demographic factors, and confirm whether the accessibility of the e-learning environment has a direct influence on their satisfaction. The study has been conducted via an electronic survey in Spain with a non-probabilistic sample, in line with the characteristics of this sector of the population, recording social and demographic data, and information about the participants' experience of e-learning and their satisfaction with the experience. The representative survey sample consisted of 484 deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals in Spain, aged between 16 and 64. Using a chi-square test for independence we obtained a significant relationship between participation in online courses and the following variables: level of education, knowledge of sign language, and number of members in the household. A correspondence analysis was then carried out to detect particular relationships between classes of the related variables.
In Korea, Korea Train eXpress(KTX) started service in 2004 with the opening of the KyoungBu high speed train route between the city of Seoul and the south eastern part of Korea. Recently KTX service ...is expected to continue to increase more rapidly with the start of a new service between the city of Seoul and the south western part of Korea. The purpose of this study was to find ways to increase passengers' satisfaction by determining which factors were most influential. These factors were determined by a satisfaction survey completed by passengers at the KTX station in Daejeon. The results summarized the following. Firstly, the overall satisfaction was calculated as 3.6 out of 5.0. Secondly, there were differences in satisfaction responses according to personal characteristics such as gender, age, education level and so on. Thirdly, the results of multiple regression analysis which were based on seven satisfaction factors showed that satisfaction with comfortableness was the most influential factor on overall satisfaction. Lastly, according to the results of multiple regression analysis based on personal characteristics, there were differences on influential factors per personal characteristics. Since KTX is the most popular transportation service between regions in Korea, further and detailed studies are required to increase passengers' satisfaction. If further studies which reflect purpose and perception of passengers are developed, policy plans which effectively increase passengers' satisfaction can be derived.
This study is a phenomenological study to examine marital, family, and social experience in married life of couples with disabilities which was conducted with four couples with disabilities(eight persons). The results were as follows.
First, for the marriage of couples with disabilities, such experience as 'participation in daily life', 'overcoming life habits', 'economical stability', 'pregnancy and childbirth', and 'parenting stress' worked as contextual factors of understanding couples' married life and 'communication and conflicts' were connected with 'avoidance of marital sexual relationship', which was newly suggested.
Second, for the conflicts and satisfaction factors of couples with disabilities' married life, conflicts factors included 'spouse's insincerity', 'the lack of responsibility', 'economical difficulties', and 'indifference in family relationship', and satisfaction factors included 'participation in household affairs and childcare', 'the existence of conflicts counselor', 'mature married love', and 'social activity'. The findings suggest that participation levels in married life, sincere married life, social activity, and exchange played a leading role for the support of married life in couples with disabilities.
Based on the results, it is suggested that an issue of couples with disabilities in Korea should be addressed as a new welfare area and additional concerns and researches are required on an accurate definition, a survey of situations, divorce, and family problems of couples with disabilities.

Requirements engineering is an extremely crucial phase in the software development lifecycle, because mishaps in this stage are usually expensive to fix in later development phases. In the domain of ...computer games, requirements engineering is a heavily studied research field (39.3% of published papers are dealing with requirements 1), since it is considered substantially different from traditional software requirements engineering (see 1 and 14). The main point of differentiation is that almost all computer games share a common key-driver as requirement, i.e. user satisfaction. In this paper, we investigate the most important user satisfaction factors from computer games, though a survey on regular gamers. The results of the study suggest that, user satisfaction factors are not uniform across different types of games (game genres), but are heavily dependent on them. Therefore, this study underlines the most important non-functional requirements that developers and researchers should focus on, while dealing with game engineering.

The purposes of the study was to identify customers' satisfaction factors regarding foods and services in food courts in big department stores and discount stores in Seoul and Cheonan. A survey of ...235 customers was conducted regarding customer satisfaction levels and factors of food and services. Customers' perceived level of attributes were identified into eight underlying dimensions by factor analysis as follows: factor 1 was "cleanliness": factor 2 "service quality": factor 3 "accuracy": factor 4 "atomosphere": factor 5 "food quality": factor 6 "menu information": factor 7 "price" and the eighth factor was "food result". Regression analysis indicated that "cleanliness" was found to be the most important factor contributing to customers' overall satisfaction. There were significant differences in customers' perceived satisfaction level of "food quality"(p less than 0.01), "accuracy", and "price" factors(p less than 0.05) between department stores and discount store. The customers' perceived satisfaction levels of "accuracy", "food quality" and "price" factor at a large store food court are higher than those of department store food court. Comparing location of food court, there were significant differences in customers' perceived satisfaction level of "accuracy" and "price" factors between in Seoul and Cheonan(p less than 0.001). The customers' perceived satisfaction levels of "accuracy" and "price" at the discount store in Seoul are lower than those of food court at Cheonan. It is suggested that the management should pay attention to the sanitation of their dinning halls, kitchens, hygienic dishes, hygienic water fountain, employee hygiene, and a proper place to put used dishes to increase the customers' satisfaction.
Assessing the success of an information system might help in locating weak and strong points of the system leading to the improvement of system under assessment. A popular system evaluation construct ...is user’s satisfaction. Different measuring instruments were developed to assess this construct at the organization environment. In addition to the traditional instruments that were develop to assess information system success, new instruments need to be adapted that can cope with the internet context. This paper presents a measuring instrument that was developed to evaluate Kuwait e-government user’s satisfaction while seeking information via Kuwait e-government portal. The instrument was based on several satisfaction factors. The application of this instrument indicated that the suggested factors predict the overall user satisfaction.
The final aim of this study is to realize a human oriented manufacturing system (HOMS). To provide the design basis for one of the three functional requirements of HOMS, that is, a system with which ...a person feels pride in his work and pleasure, a survey of the satisfaction of workers in a foundry has been conducted. Results show that there are three motives for work. They are the pleasure of the creating (manufacturing), good human relations and positive attitude toward work. Among them, the first one is the most important. Moreover, it is found that there are seven satisfaction factors for the pleasure of creating: diversity, creativity, subjectivity, feedback effect, technical skill, interest and social contribution.
Responses to both forced choice and free-choice items were obtained from 50 accountants and 82 engineers in self-descriptions of past satisfying and dissatisfying job situations. Both groups of Ss ...endorsed more "intrinsic" than "extrinsic" items when describing both situations. Achievement, Work Itself, and Responsibility were mentioned most often in describing past satisfying situations, and lack of Advancement and Recognition were most often mentioned in dissatisfying situations. It was concluded that both intrinsic and extrinsic factors can be sources of both satisfaction and dissatisfaction, but intrinsic factors are stronger in both cases. Satisfaction variables are not unidirectional in their effects, and expectations have a strong influence on the extent of satisfaction with job factors.
