Posljednjih tridesetak godina 20. stoljeća karakteristične su po brojnim promjenama u načinu vođenja, kako u razvijenim zemljama tako i u zemljama obuhvaćenim procesom tranzicije. Promjene su brze, ...stalne i neočekivane, pa je današnji poslovni svijet sve više nalik na „organizirani kaos“. Vođenje je u takvim uvjetima postalo sve složenije, prvenstveno zbog kontinuiranog restrukturiranja koje mnoga poduzeća učestalo primjenjuju kako bi poboljšala svoje poslovanje, potom zbog rastuće globalne konkurencije, demografskih promjena zaposlenika i ubrzanog razvitka tehnologije. Zbog toga su se u okviru teorije menadžmenta, vođenja i mjerenja organizacijskog uspjeha poduzeća, u posljednjih dvadesetak godina razvili brojni koncepti i modeli koji obećavaju postizanje dostatne razine fleksibilnosti potrebne velikim poduzećima za preživljavanje u novom poslovnom okruženju. U radu su stoga u fokusu istraživanja tri istraživačke varijable: demografska obilježja vrhovnih menadžera, stilovi vođenja i pokazatelji organizacijskog uspjeha poduzeća. U radu je primijenjena metoda anketiranja vrhovnih menadžera velikih hrvatskih poduzeća, provedena od ožujka do rujna 2008. Pri izradi anketnog upitnika koristilo se Likertovom analitičkom metodom za analizu organizacije i identificiranje dominantnog stila vođenja. Rezultati istraživanja povezanosti demografskih obilježja vrhovnih menadžera, stilova vođenja i uspješnosti poslovanja velikih hrvatskih
poduzeća prikazani su u ovome radu.

Bu araştırmada verileri toplamak için Kansas Okul Öncesi Çocuklar İçin Düşünsellik-İçtepisellik Ölçeğinin A formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler t testi ve variyans analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda okul öncesi dönemdeki çocukların yaşa, cinsiyete, kardeşsayısına, ebeveyn eğitim düzeyine ve devam ettiği okul türüne göre, Kansas Okul Öncesi Çocuklar İçin Düşünsellik-İçtepisellik Ölçeği A formu hata sayısıve düşünme süresi puanlarının farklılaştığıbulunmuştur. Exploring style in a global culture In A Rhetoric of Style, Barry Brummett illustrates how style is increasingly a global system of communication as people around the world understand what it means ...to dress a certain way, to dance a certain way, to decorate a certain way, to speak a certain way. He locates style at the heart of popular culture and asserts that it is the basis for social life and politics in the twenty-first century. Répétition, reprise, retour, épuisement, correction, réexamen, leitmotiv, variation : aucun terme ne semble convenir aussi bien que celui de ressassement pour désigner des modes d'écriture propres à ...la modernité. L'hypothèse de départ de ce livre collectif est précisément que le ressassement fonde des façons d'écrire inédites, et plus profondément nous conduit à envisager autrement la définition de la littérature. Du journal intime à l'incessant murmure beckettien, il s'agit d'examiner les formes paradoxales d'une parole qui semble en-deça ou au-delà de la littérature. De nature dynamique, le ressassement est aussi jaillissement, force d'extériorisation, jubilation du langage. Counter-narratives only make sense in relation to something else, that which they are countering. The very name identifies it as a positional category, in tension with another category. But what is ...dominant and what is resistant are not, of course, static questions, but rather are forever shifting placements. The discussion of counter-narratives is ultimately a consideration of multiple layers of positioning. The fluidity of these relational categories is what lies at the center of the chapters and commentaries collected in this book. The book comprises six target chapters by leading scholars in the field.
