The results of the developed system for monitoring technological parameters, notifying the operator and power equipment protection based on the SIMATIC S7-1215C PLC controller are presented. The main components of the developed algorithm for forming the message queue and sending them are presented. The implementation of this algorithm in the PLC controller program made it possible to form a simple hardware structure of the monitoring system and to obtain the better functionality compared to the existing systems, as well as good scalability of the system.
