This was not the case in principle, and its abuses and deviations have been observed, turning it into a technology against humanity. This article aims to examine the abuses of HAARP 's technology and how they violate fundamental human rights. Research methods are descriptive and analytical, and data collection is done through collection and filing. In this qualitative study, researchers found that Haarp's new technology violates fundamental human rights, including the right to life, freedom of thought, and future generations' rights.
The paper analyzes the status aspects of human rights during the period of existence of the Roman state. Considering the fact that it was the empire lasted for several centuries, the position of a ...human in it and his/ her rights changed. The modern understanding of human rights originates from the period of the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th century, when The School of Natural Law laid the foundations of the understanding of human, natural rights, which did not exist in that form during the ancient period. The primary social differentiation of the population in ancient Rome was based on a simple division of people into free ones and slaves. From this premise, they built the foundations of their rights as well as their social, legal and political positions. In theory, Roman history is chronologically divided into four periods: The period of Kings, The period of the Republic, the Principate and the Dominate. In those periods, the social structure differed significantly. The aim of this paper is to show the position of the population in each of these periods, their rights and mutual relationships. The Roman law represents the cradle of contemporary continental law, and the germ of human rights was “sown” exactly in that period, which, for this reason, deserves to be the subject of a deeper professional analysis.
The subject of the article is the right to life interpretation issue, as well as the definition of the term "life" applicable in the legal field, the study of the problems of establishing of the ...constitutional right to life realization moment and its loss. This is necessary due to the formalized nature of law and the unification of the legal categorical apparatus, controversy in the scientific community, as well as the lack of a holistic understanding of the moments of its origin and loss, which will improve modern legislation in the field of protecting the right to life, eliminate existing contradictions.The purpose of the study is to confirm or refute the author's hypothesis about the moment of the emergence of the right to life and its termination as processes interrelated with the context and society. The author interests how this moment is fixed in current Russian legislation as well as in international legal norms and the constitutions of some foreign countries.The methodology. The following general scientific and special methods of cognition were used in the work: dialectical, systemic, historical, comparison, analysis and synthesis, formal legal and statistical methods. The method of comparison was used in the analysis of the texts of constitutions in order to consolidate the moments of the emergence and loss of the right to human life. The formal legal method made it possible to identify contradictions in the legislation of Russia in terms of issues related to the emergence and loss of the right to life. The use of these methods in combination with the latest achievements made it possible to identify and analyze the content, essence and features of the emergence and loss of the human right to life in the Russian Federation and foreign states.The main results, scope of application. Within the framework of the scientific and practical problem the author considers various approaches to the right to life emergence and loss moments, identifies the main problems of the current legislation of Russia and compares it with international legal norms and the constitutions of some foreign countries in order to fix the right to life emergence and loss the moments.Conclusions. The moment of the occurrence of the right to life must be recognized as a birth of viable infant, and the moment of loss of the right to life – the onset of his death. The right to life of a premature newborn, including those with extremely low body weight, as well as those with certain complications, is realized by providing him with full medical care.
Background. The right to life is fundamental, without its full realization it is impossible to enjoy other benefits, to freely develop a particular individual and society as a whole. In the Republic ...of Iraq, the right to life is declared, but it is not secured. Enforced disappearances, extrajudicial executions and other serious crimes against the person committed by both State bodies and armed groups that are not subordinate to the Government are widespread in the country. The purpose of the work is to identify problems that hinder the realization of the right to life in the Republic of Iraq, as well as to propose effective organizational and legal measures aimed at eliminating them. Materials and methods. The methodological basis was the universal dialectical method of cognition. In addition, methods of analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, statistical analysis and expert assessments were implemented. Results. Over the past four decades, the Republic of Iraq has been a participant in various armed conflicts and civil wars. The incessant violence by armed groups controlled by various political groups devalues a person's life. Conclusions. In order to fulfill the international and constitutional obligations assumed by the Republic of Iraq to ensure the right to life, the authors propose a system of organizational and legal measures that ensure the protection of any person from unjustified violence, both from State law enforcement agencies and armed groups beyond the control of the State.

Purpose: The relevance of the study is that today, there is no unanimous position on the right to euthanasia implementation. The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), in making its decision, relies ...on the national legislation of the respective state, as there is no single decision on the right to euthanasia in the European space. Therefore, the aim of the article is to comprehensively study the phenomenon of euthanasia, elaborate the decisions of the ECtHR on euthanasia and related rights, and develop recommendations on the possibility of legalizing euthanasia in Ukraine and prospects for the right to die implementation. Methodology: The leading method of research of this issue is comparative and law, which allows to comprehensively consider the right to euthanasia and its positive and negative components and helps to establish trends in the implementation of the outlined phenomenon. Findings: The article analyzes the current state of international and domestic legislation of some states on the use of euthanasia, reveals the meaning of the term “euthanasia,” provides a classification of euthanasia, analyzes the decisions of the ECtHR, and presents examples of national legislation of states within which euthanasia is legalized, the peculiarities of euthanasia recognition in the world are analyzed, as well as the research on the possibility of euthanasia legalization in Ukraine is presented. Value: The materials of the article have practical value for all those interested in euthanasia and the realization of the right to die, as well as for practicing lawyers and judicial authorities.

The discussion will proceed in three sections: first, the review of the evolvement of the procedural requirements of article 2 in cases of deaths arising from the acts of state agents. Second, is the examination of whether the procedural requirements of article 2 can be used as a mean in securing the adequate protection of the right to life from arbitrary killing by the use of lethal force. Third, is an analysis of an effective legal system as a procedural requirement of article 2 in the case of homicide caused by the negligence of the authorities. Finally, this essay will conclude by examining the Court’s position in its endeavours to achieve an appropriate balance between not over-burdening its Member States and securing the adequate protection of the right to life.
The article is devoted to the analysis of protection of the right to life for the unborn child in international and domestic legislation and appropriate public policy. Declaration of the Rights of ...the Child, Recommendations of PACE, San Jose Articles, Convention on the Rights of the Child, American Convention on Human Rights, Constitutions of Ireland, Hungary, the Slovak Republic and other documents are considered in this context. The right to life is the possibility of security and privacy protection which is a natural, inseparable from the person and guaranteed by international and national legislation. This right belongs to the individual, and led the entire system of human rights. The right to life imposes on the State the duty of the state in every possible way to protect human life from any unlawful encroachment and other threats. The right of the child at the prenatal stage of life is the derivative of the natural inalienable human right to life. The level of development of modern medicine has created a number of problems associated with the implementation of the right to life and to health protection. These problems are required legal authorization. We are talking about issues such as artificial insemination, abortion, surrogacy motherhood, scientific experiments with human embryos, and other issues associated with childbirth. There is an urgent need for legislation to establish the legal status of the human embryo, and exactly from the point of view of human dignity. The destruction of a human embryo or fetus can not match the human dignity. The author takes the position that the most reasonable (with scientific, ethical, social and legal point of view) is the legal approach implemented in the legislation of a number of states (the legal acts which are discussed), is expressed in the recognition of the beginning of the action of the right to human life and the protection of this right from the moment of conception.

This paper attempts to answer the question as to whether the right to "life and death" of a woman (ius vitae ac necis) at the hands of male family members or partners is indeed a timeless category. ...Is it possible that in Serbia of the 21st century there is still a struggle to promote the "right to life" of women to the level of "basic human rights"? What contributed to the fact that the concept of innate human dignity based on "human rights", which dates back from the feudal social order, has not as yet fully come to life in Serbia as far as women are concerned. What social circumstances contributed to the Roman ius vitae ac necis to outlive centuries and take root especially in Serbia, only under a different name - that of femicide? This notion has been defined as "gender based murder of women, girls, and babies of female sex by persons of the male sex". The murderers in cases of femicide include partners (ex / current, spouses or extramarital), family members or relatives: father, father-in-law, son, son-in-law, etc. Both expert and general public wander whether enforcing more stringent norms by authorities or acting towards changing the consciousness of the abusers or both at the same time, can contribute to eradicating this devastating phenomenon in the 21st century.
