Ausgangspunkt und Gegenstand ist die reziproke Beziehungsweise des Zwischen, eine Konstellation aus existenzphilosophisch geprägten Fragmenten von Hannah Arendt und Martin Buber. Auf dessen Grundlage wird ein Reflexionshorizont skizziert, vor dessen Hintergrund die Bedingungen und potentiellen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten von pädagogischer Praxis ausgelotet werden.

In the international project »Digital and International Virtual Academic Cooperation« (DIVA), scholars from Israel, Australia, and Germany focused on intercultural learning and online collaboration. Based on their findings, they show how digital arrangements can be used in higher education, how digital teaching can be theorized, and what potential can be gained for post-pandemic teaching.

Solidarität changiert zwischen einem Kampfbegriff und der Frage nach alternativen Lebens- und Praxisformen, die sich von gewohnten Auffassungen von Freiheit, Besitz, Ressourcen oder Existenz zu lösen versprechen. Die Beiträger*innen eröffnen die Fragen nach Zugehörigkeit und Ungleichheit neu und analysieren die Gestaltung von Gemeinschaft und Gesellschaft, die sich stets an der Heterogenität sozialer Kategorien bricht.
Inklusion ist ein mehrdeutiger sozialer, politischer und pädagogischer Begriff, der von einer Vielzahl an Disziplinen zunehmend auch als analytische Kategorie gefasst wird. Die Beiträger*innen ...erweitern diesen theoretisierenden Zugang und setzen dabei den Fokus auf das Verhältnis von Inklusion und Grenzen. Aus interdisziplinärer Perspektive zeigen sie, dass Grenzen und Grenzziehungen nicht nur dem Gegenstand Inklusion immanent sind, sondern Inklusion selbst die Logiken und Grenzen disziplinärer Diskurse verschiebt - was einen neuen Blick auf politische Partizipationsfragen, wechselseitige Zu- und Anerkennungsverhältnisse und pädagogische Imperative zulässt.

Drawing educators from many walks of life and areas of practice together in a creative work that helps reorient science education toward the problems and peculiarities associated with this contemporary geologic time. This work continues the mission of transforming the ways communities inherit science and technology education: its knowledges, practices, policies, and ways-of-living-with-Nature. Our understanding of the Anthropocene is necessarily open and pluralistic, as different beings on our planet experience this time of crisis in different ways. This second volume continues to nurture productive relationships between science education and fields such as science studies, environmental studies, philosophy, the natural sciences, Indigenous studies, and critical theory in order to provoke a science education that actively seeks to remake our shared ecological and social spaces in the coming decades and centuries.
