The food culture, which gains meaning according to the life perception of countries in the traditional and modern world, brings different perspectives to gastronomy. With the Slow Food movement, ...which is one of these perspectives, it is essential to bring an up-to-date approach to the dishes that have been forgotten in traditional food culture. While the slow food movement ensures the sustainability of the food culture, it also supports the preservation of the 'sense of taste'; It serves to raise awareness in setting tables together and determining the importance of common points, in food production with traditional methods and in using techniques. Quantitative data collection techniques are used to determine whether the services of the stream reach the target. The cycle of the slow mobility current is first production, then consumption. The aim of this study is to determine the extent of slow food perceptions and slow eating attitudes of the people living in Gökçeada district of Çanakkale province. For this purpose, a survey method consisting of a systematic question form was applied to the local people of Gökçeada, which constitutes the sample of the study, to determine the perception of slow food and the effect of this perception on slow eating attitudes. According to the results obtained from the survey data, it was determined that the participants were women with a participation rate of 68.5% and they constituted the majority of the study. 92.4% of the participants who stated that they knew about the Slow Food movement correctly defined Slow Food. It was determined that the participants had a positive participation of more than 50% in the questions asked to determine the local food consumption tendency. Therefore, it can be said that the participants have a high level of local food demand, interest and consumption tendency. Among the 6 hypotheses examining the relationship between Slow Food consumption and demographic characteristics, the marital status and age hypothesis were accepted and the others were rejected.

Za 18 meteoroloških postaj na širšem območju Triglavskega narodnega parka smo za obdobje 1961-2009 analizirali letne višine padavin, število dni z dnevno višino padavin nad 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 in 150 ...mm ter število dvodnevnih nalivov z višino padavin nad 50, 100 in 150 mm. Za snežno odejo smo analizirali število dni po letnih časih in za snežno sezono ter trende v številu dni s snežno odejo. Največ padavin je imela v letnem povprečju Žaga pri Bovcu (2972 mm), najmanj Rateče (1532 mm). Medletna variabilnost višine padavin je na vseh postajah velika, v izrazito mokrih letih je višina padavin več kot dvakratna višina tiste v najbolj sušnih letih. Povprečne letne višine padavin, izračunane za dekade, se statistično značilno razlikujejo. Na večini postaj je bila najbolj mokra dekada 1961-1969, najbolj sušni dekadi pa 1980-1989 in 2000-2009. Na vseh postajah se pojavljajo močni enodnevni in dvodnevni nalivi, variabilnost števila izjemnih padavinskih dogodkov se povečuje z višino padavin. Največje število dni z višino padavin >5 mm ima Vogel (90), >10 mm in >20 mm Kneške Ravne (69 oz. 44). Dvodnevnih nalivov >50, >100 in >150 mm je največ na Žagi, najmanj pa v Ratečah. Na vseh postajah lahko vsako leto pričakujemo vsaj en dan, ko višina padavin presega 150 mm. Dolžina snežne sezone se v zadnjih letih zmanjšuje. Trend v številu dni s snežno odejo je na vseh postajah negativen. Velikost statistično značilnih sprememb je od -4,3 dni/10 let na Žagi do -14,9 dni/10 let v Stari Fužini.
Članek obravnava psihiatrično zdravstveno nego v okviru vizije skrbi za duševno zdravje. Med definicijami duševnega zdravja, duševne stiske oziroma krize, duševne motnje in bolezni je nakazano ...prepletanje in razlike med posameznimi pojmi. Predstavljeni so trije pomembni dokumenti za področje duševnega zdravja, in sicer 6. cilj Zdravja za vse za 21. stoletje, Svetovno zdravstveno poročilo iz leta 2001 ter Nacionalni program zdravstvenega varstva RS – zdravje za vse do leta 2004. V skladu s trendom deinstitucionalizacije v Evropski uniji je osvetljen koncept duševnega zdravja v skupnosti. Psihiatrična zdravstvena nega se v novem stoletju srečuje z novimi izzivi, med katerimi je največji zagotovo širitev področja dela iz institucij v skupnost.
V prispevku so predstavljeni razvojni trendi v slovenskem kmetijstvu na podlagi statističnih podatkov popisa prebivalstva v letu 1991 in popisa kmetijstva v letu 2000. Predstavljena so predvidevanja ...o trendih gibanja števila kmetij ter razvoju velikostne, socio-ekonomske in proizvodne strukture kmetij po letu 2010. Razvojni scenarij predvideva nadaljnje zmanjševanj števila kmetij in ob tem povečevanje njihove velikosti, ki pa bo še vedno daleč pod EU povprečjem. Ravno tako se predvideva oblikovanje štirih skupin kmetij: čiste profesionalne kmetije, klasične mešane kmetije, kmetije z dopolnilno dejavnostjo in dopolnilne kmetije.
Članek opisuje stanovanjske trende v Češki republiki. Določajo jih družbene, gospodarske, tehnične in kulturne spremembe, ki v zadnjih dveh desetletjih potekajo v srednji Evropi, in so hkrati ...pozitivni in negativni. Pozitivna trenda sta dvig količine ter kakovosti stanovanjskega prostora in raznolikost arhitekturnih rešitev za posamezne naročnike. Negativni trend pa je širitev urbanega prostora, ki skupaj s čedalje več avtomobili uničuje naravo ter prostor in manjša vrednost zemljišč. Razvoj je neizogiben, zato se je treba načrtovanja pokrivanja stanovanjskih potreb lotiti razumno in multidisciplinarno ter razumeti potrebe človeka in narave.

V prispevku avtor analizira spremenljivost sezonskih temperatur in padavin v Ljubljani in Trstu v obdobju 1851-2002, s posebnim ozirom na zadnjih 15 let. Ugotavlja srednjeročne variacije in splošno ...tendenco. Večjo variabilnost in izrazitejše temperaturne trende ima Ljubljana. Naraščajo zimske in spomladanske temperature, zmanjšuje se jesenska namočenost in zaradi nje tudi letna, vendar se jesenske padavine v zadnjih 15 letih ponovno krepijo. To z višjimi temperaturami napoveduje submediteranizacijo podnebja v Ljubljani in izrazitejše mediteranske poteze v Trstu.
