Introduction.
The urgency of the problem presented in the article is due to the need to form the readiness of future teachers for recreational work with children. The authors of the article carried ...out a pedagogical analysis of the works of modern scientists devoted to the problems of finding methods, means of preserving, strengthening the health of students in the conditions of the educational process. In this regard, the natural environment acts as a powerful factor in health-improving work with children in country summer camps. They are the most massive type of extra curricular organizations in our country, in which future teachers, as trainees, can carry out work to preserve, strengthen the health of children, as well as carry out useful activities to form an ecological culture, a healthy and safe lifestyle among the younger generation. There is an obvious need to prepare future teachers to carry out this work with children. Tutor support of this process is of particular importance in solving this problem, since it makes it personified, which significantly increases its effectiveness. The purpose of the article is to identify the most effective methods and forms of tutoring support for the process of forming the readiness of future teachers for health-improving work with children, to analyze the results of its implementation in the educational process of a pedagogical university
Materials and Methods.
In the course of research, the following methods were used: analysis of ecological-valeological, psychological-pedagogical literature; normative documents on health protection and promotion, on education; analysis of teaching materials; systematization; comparison; modeling; studying the pedagogical experience of university teachers; observation; testing; questioning; conversation; oral questioning; quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data obtained; building an individual educational route for future teachers.
Results.
The result of the study was the implementation of the author's program of tutor support for the process of forming the readiness of future teachers for health-improving work with children using methods, techniques and forms that have proven their effectiveness.
Discussion and Conclusion.
In the course of the study, the most effective methods, techniques and forms of tutor support of the process of forming the readiness of future teachers for recreational work with children were identified. An analysis of the results of experimental work is presented, which confirms the effectiveness of this support.
Highlights:
- it is proved that the urgency of the problem of tutor support of the process of forming the readiness of future teachers for recreational work with children is determined by objective contradictions;
- tutor support for tutors is a targeted sequence of interdependent stages: diagnostic-motivational, design, implementation and analytical;
- the methods, forms and means of tutor support of the process of formation of future teachers' readiness for health-improving work with children are characterized;
- the criteria for the level of formation of the readiness of future teachers for health-improving work with children have been determined: cognitive, emotional and behavioral;
- the influence of tutor support of the process of forming the readiness of future teachers for health-improving work with children on its effectiveness has been proved;
- the results of the diagnostic study are presented.
La educación médica superior en Cuba tiene el encargo de formar especialistas de alto nivel profesional con una sólida preparación científica, donde el proceso se apoye cada vez más en la actividad ...docente-investigativa de los estudiantes y se potencie la creación científica para adquirir hábitos en la investigación y experimentación. No hay verdadera educación superior sin actividad de investigación explícita e implícita, ella forma parte del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje y tiene un gran valor en la formación profesional. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo reflexionar acerca del cumplimiento de la función investigativa de los tutores en la enseñanza de pregrado en las carreras de Tecnología de la Salud. Se analiza la labor del tutor en este sentido, debiendo intensificar su trabajo de forma tal que contribuya a elevar la motivación y participación de los estudiantes en la actividad científica, aprovechando las posibilidades tanto en el orden curricular como extracurricular, lo que tributaría a un mayor desarrollo de las habilidades investigativas. Se concluye que la tutoría en la investigación estudiantil permite integrar el componente investigativo a los componentes asistencial y docente. Existen deficiencias en el modo de actuación de los tutores de la investigación científica en las carreras de licenciaturas en tecnologías de la salud.
A presente pesquisa pretendeu analisar o efeito da atuação do colega tutor junto a um estudante com deficiência nas aulas de Educação Física. Este estudo apoiou-se em abordagem metodológica de ...natureza qualitativa, caracterizada como estudo de caso. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em escola da Rede Municipal de Ensino localizada no interior do Estado da Bahia. Os participantes desta pesquisa foram: um estudante com deficiência intelectual associada ao transtorno do espectro autista e cinco colegas tutores. Como instrumento de coleta de dados, utilizou-se a observação sistemática ou estruturada, não participante, em ambiente natural. Foram realizadas filmagens das aulas de Educação Física, antes e após o treinamento dos tutores. Os resultados demonstraram que a intervenção dos colegas tutores, com estratégias de ensino, culminou no aumento do nível de participação do estudante com deficiência, contribuindo com o processo de inclusão nas aulas de Educação Física.

Untuk itu bimbingan belajar Pos Dumpit dengan menghadirkan tutor yang sudah diperlengkapi secara pedagogis dan ilmu pengetahuan didirikan dan bertujuan untuk: Meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan menghitung pada anak-anak dengan cara memberikan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan pada anak TK dan SD; Membantu anak-anak dalam memahami pelajaran yang sulit di sekolah; Membantu anak-anak dalam menanamkan sikap berjuang melalui belajar yang giat; Membantu anak-anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir dan perubahan tingkah laku ke arah yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu bermain, diskusi, dan ceramah, akan tetapi disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari tutee dan tingkatan. Dengan metode tersebut, tutee semakin termotivasi dan keinginan belajar mereka semakin meningkat dilihat dari antusiasme dalam belajar maupun jumlah kehadiran semakin bertambah.
The online learning landscape in the Elementary Teacher Education (PGSD) program at Universitas Terbuka Makassar poses significant challenges for tutors, requiring them to adapt to new pedagogical ...approaches and technologies. This study investigates the competence of tutors in facilitating synchronous online-learning tutoring (Tuweb UT) and asynchronous Learning System Management (LMS) through Silayar UT, which integrates an independent learning program into online platforms. The study examines the tutors' social, strategic, and ethical competence in managing online classes, with a focus on their preparation, planning, and interaction with students. The study uses an ex post facto design with descriptive statistics, analyzing data from 185 tutors in 340 online classes within the undergraduate PGSD program during the 2022 registration term. The findings highlight the tutors' ability to prepare and plan for online tutoring, deploy the tutoring unit (SAT) as a learning service scheme, and incorporate relevant competencies and module characteristics into their tutoring mode. The study also shows that tutoring assignments are given in accordance with competence and that active engagement in Webinar UT and LMS (Silayar UT) is high, with attendance averaging 93.03%. The results indicate that tutors are competent in preparing and planning for online tutoring, incorporating online platforms into their experiences, and fostering active interaction with students, which in turn supports the completion of students' academic trajectories. The study's implications for online learning practices are significant, highlighting the importance of tutor competence in navigating the challenges of online education. Recommendations for further research include exploring the impact of tutor competence on student outcomes and investigating the role of technology in enhancing tutor-student interaction.
Teacher performance will affect students' endurance, motivation, and spirit during learning. Someone's competence to become a teacher/Tutor is no longer enough by only mastering teaching materials, ...especially for tutors whose role is more as a facilitator. The purpose of this research is to find out the expectations of college students toward tutors in distance education. This research is qualitative by using a survey method. The aspect measured used an instrument of the Likert scale and then analyzed by using descriptive statistics. Key findings highlight that students recognize the importance of tutors' skills and appreciate the benefits of guided tutorials. There is a notable expectation among students for tutors and the Universitas Terbuka (UT) units to collaborate effectively to enhance tutorial services, which are integral to the learning structure in distance education. The results indicate a positive correlation between the tutors' abilities and the provision of efficient and effective learning support. Students' understanding of tutors' skills, their perception of the benefits of guided tutorials, and their internal consistency in evaluating tutor performance during tutorials are collectively rated as 'good'. This reflects the tutors' successful efforts in assisting students to become independent learners who are self-motivated and actively engaged in the learning process. The study underscores the need for focused tutor training programs aimed at developing competencies that align with students' expectations and the demands of distance education.

Обозначены основные функции тьютора в системе среднего профессионального образования: диагностическая, информационная, методическая и др. Описываются необходимые мероприятия, которые способствуют подготовке молодых педагогов к самостоятельной и эффективной преподавательской деятельности в рамках программ «Шаг к успеху» и «Путь к мастерству».
The temporary closure of schools associated with COVID-19 has led to the transformation of the substantive functions of universities, including tutoring for academic support, encouraging teachers to ...make use of various virtual media to provide continuity to the student support processes during the so-called emergency education. The objective of this paper is to document the experiences about the changes in the tutorial task in a public university in the southeast of Mexico, as well as the strategies and resources used to systematize the tutorial processes from the virtuality, because of the social isolation measures.
The experience is analyzed taking into consideration five central aspects: 1) institutional dispositions for virtual tutoring, 2) teachers' collaborative work, 3) support materials for virtual tutorial follow-up, 4) student support through Microsoft Teams and 5) evaluation of virtual tutorial action. Likewise, the results of this experience, collected through a census in which undergraduate students who used the program during the pandemic period participated, are analyzed. The findings indicate changes in the tutorial practice in this period and highlight its value as a space for the attention of the academic and personal needs of the student body. In addition, a discussion is introduced on the feasibility of new lines of action for the diversification of this strategy based on the permanent integration of virtual environments to the already existing modalities of attention.
El cierre temporal de las escuelas ligado al COVID-19 acarreó la transformación de las funciones sustantivas de las universidades, entre ellas la tutoría de acompañamiento académico, llevando al profesorado a valerse de diversos medios virtuales con el objetivo de dar continuidad a los procesos de apoyo al estudiantado durante la denominada educación de emergencia. El objetivo del presente trabajo es documentar las experiencias sobre los cambios en el quehacer tutorial en una universidad pública del sureste de México, así como las estrategias y medios empleados para sistematizar los procesos de tutoría desde la virtualidad, a raíz de las medidas de aislamiento social. La experiencia se analiza tomando en cuenta cinco aspectos centrales: 1) disposiciones institucionales para la tutoría en la virtualidad, 2) trabajo colaborativo docente, 3) materiales de apoyo para el seguimiento tutorial virtual, 4) acompañamiento al alumnado a través de Microsoft Teams y 5) evaluación de la acción tutorial en la virtualidad. Asimismo, se analizan los resultados de esta experiencia, recolectados a través de un censo en el que participaron estudiantes de licenciatura usuarios del programa en tiempos de pandemia. Los hallazgos muestran cambios en la práctica tutorial en este periodo y resaltan su valor como un espacio para la atención de las necesidades académicas y personales del estudiantado, asimismo, se introduce a la discusión sobre la factibilidad de nuevas líneas de acción para la diversificación de esta estrategia a partir de la integración permanente de los medios virtuales a las modalidades de atención ya existentes.

The term «tutor» came to us from classical universities in Great Britain and extended the notion of «teacher». Tutors became widespread, especially in the context of the gradual integration of Ukraine into the European educational space. Tutor is a historically established special pedagogical position that provides the development of individual educational programs, the potential of each student and prepares him for a changing life. Tutor controls not only student’s study, but also his behavior, way of life, attending classes, rest, appearance, etc.
Tutor while working with student transmits a variety of techniques and rules for mastering new knowledge. However, learning is impossible without the use of ICT. Therefore, it is not enough for tutor to use only traditional technologies of education and upbringing. After all, without the use of computer it is difficult to satisfy the individual requests of each student. So tutors need to know the possibilities of the Internet navigate the pedagogical network communities, use innovative pedagogical technologies to increase the students’ interest in learning and activating their cognitive activity. Indeed, nowadays it is difficult to imagine a learning process without the use of modern technology.
Thus, information and communication technologies should become reliable assistants of the tutor to the new conditions of life and professional activity in the information society. Application of information and communication technologies in tutoring practices is considered as an innovative approach in building the process of training and preparing students for professional activities. This is due to the fact that the computerization and application of modern information and communication technologies is an opportunity that will help to create a new system of education.
