The thesis presents manufacturing of elements for the wheelchair, by classic and CNC processing technology. Presented are all machines on which production took place as well as their technical ...characteristics. The tools used, the recommended machining parameters and the technological parameters used in the processing are described. The description of the manufacturing process of the elements follows, from the 3D model of each element, sequences of respective machining operations, all of the programming tool paths and the processing on the machine as well as the final quality control of the finished product are discussed. The wear of the tools used for the processing elements are described. Processing times of individual elements are calculated based on technological parameters. Given the current price of the machine hours the costs of production are calculated.
