  • Renewal of business process as basis for efficiency and effectiveness of a company

    Efficient and effective business operation is conditioned by elaborating a uniform, integrated and integral system of forecast, development, planning, organizing and executing all tasks in a company. ... Such an integral system strongly depend on coordinated operation of all processes (mainly processes in the organizational and information system) which are run within the business process. In the paper we will present the bases which are needed for renewal of business process. For efficient and effective business system operation we have first to set the requirement that the company is market oriented, which means that the entire company depends on relations and chances in the market. The management directs such thinking into fairly precisely determined behaviour and decision making about future.
