  • Mechanism manipulability in workspace of MR tunnel

    The aim of this work is to design a haptic mechanism which is used to follow the patient`s movements and enable him to move virtual objects in the Magnetic Resonance environment. Our goal is to solve ... the problem from the mechanical point of view in a manner that meets all the requirements of MR compatibility and heptic devices. We focussed on the manipulability of a closed kinematic chain between the mechanism and the patient`s upper extremity and on solving the problem of disločated drive system with a cable - capstan - drive.
