  • Training in well-being management in companies [Elektronski vir]

    In the paper, first of all, the significance of well-being (WB) is highlighted. Then, well-being management (WBM) that is strongly connected or incorporated with human resources management, stress ... management and employee diversity management is discussed. Since successful WBM requires the implementation of various training programs, such programs are presented in detail. Among training programs, for example, stress management programs, diversity management programs, wellness programs, employee assistance programs and programs for personal growth in order to assure well-being of employees in companies, are discussed as well.
