  • The relation between financial system transition and staff training

    Since the collapse of communism one of the crucial issues in Central and Eastern European economic reforms has been the transformation of the financial system. The reorganisation of the financial ... system depends primarily on the adequate proficiency of the staff which will implement financial transformation. Therefore the School of Business and Economics joined the Tempus program with the project entitled The financial management with a special emphasis on banking, business and public finance. The paper presents the crucial elements of finances of Slovenia and analyses the goals and basic activities of the Tempus project.
