This is a different take on a virtual portrait of Marie Darrieussecq. The exchange had to adapt to limitations triggered by the global pandemic. The reformatted dialogue goes beyond the tried and strict format of the question-answer format. Ideas are prompted in the guise of an acronym of Marie Darrieussecq’s own name. The association of words and references opens up new spaces while establishing a creative conceit for addressing the work of the author. The text’s form allows for new insights in her work behind the scene of her printed texts, or even beyond her ever-changing personal website.
