Eighteen species of ectomycorrhizal fungi were collected from natural pine plantation and forests. These isolates were tested for their compatibility of ectomycorrhizas in pine Pinus kesiya. Eleven species form the ectomycorrhizas like in pine root after 12 months. These formation improved the soil physical properties by their hyphae around root rhizosphere. After these species were tested for their effectiveness on pine growth, Scleroderma sp., Cenococcum geaphilium, Russula sp., Amanita sp., Pisolithus tinctorius and Astraeus hygrometricus can increase pine growth compared to noninoculated pine respectively.
