(March 21 issue) 1 highlight the promising potential of wearable digital health technologies (DHTs) to empower patients and provide them with a greater sense of control over their disease management. However, concerns regarding the potential drawbacks associated with constant self-monitoring, which could inadvertently contribute to coerced healthism, were not discussed justly.
