    Jan. 19--Dr. Ana Viamonte Ros, who spent the past year offering medical help to Broward inmates, spent much of Thursday readying for her big move to Tallahassee, where she'll be the state's chief health advocate. A Harvard-educated doctor, Viamonte Ros said her main goals will be ensuring quality healthcare is affordable and easily accessible statewide. She said it's worth exploring the controversial idea of requiring that all state residents carry health insurance, an idea her Harvard professors helped develop for Massachusetts, which has become part of a proposed plan in California, she said.
