Integration of immigrants has many facets as a concept and multiple paths as a process, and even analyzing data collected in a survey administered as a single wave in the context of Campania region can offer insight on some specificity in the drivers of the process. The focus of this paper is to address via a statistical analysis some differences in the patterns toward social integration depending on the country of origin. We discuss the result stemming from a multilevel regression model of the degree of social integration of immigrants, grouped by country of origin, upon years of presence in Italy and the level of economic integration, controlled with respect to age at arrival in Italy and propensity toward Italian way of life.
