In previous researches, the turnover rates of those who have high degree of organizational citizenship behavior were rather low. Moreover, in recent researches about the effects of organizational citizenship behavior, the researcher found that those who have high degree of organizational citizenship behavior would have more contributions toward their organizations. In this study, the effect of human resource internal customer satisfaction and employee job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior was investigated. In order to obtain empirical data, the subjects involving in this study were research and development personnel selected by the stratified sampling method from a high technology company. 227 questionnaires were sent randomly, and then 170 questionnaires were responded.
