In the context of the Mission Alma Mater as a politics of Venezuelan country, to know the current curriculum of university education system implicates interpreting a group of dimensions avenging with the process of university system transformation, for the social precise realities and to make a great distinctions between formation, investigation and social avenging at the XXI century. From the dialectics hermeneutics method could be interpreting different components of the university substantive process, such as the current challenges of the formation process and knowledge transference, the different dimensions of curriculum and the interaction with the territorial scenics. The interpretation gives off as a result that the current Educational University System in Venezuela is taking part of a big transforming lever to imply the modification of every academic, investigative and social avenging management looking from freedom, emancipation and communitarian vision to generate, appropriate and transforming knowledge according to the curriculum principles of the critics socio-cultural approach of curricula on this level of the university education system. La Misión Alma Mater Política del Estado Venezolano, implica conocer el actual Sistema Educativo Universitario, interpretar dimensiones vinculadas al proceso de transformación universitaria, realidades sociales y al hacer en las distinciones de la formación, investigación y vinculación social en los actuales momentos del siglo XXI. Desde la hermenéutica dialéctica se interpretaron los procesos sustantivos universitarios, los retos actuales de la formación y generación de conocimiento, las diferentes dimensiones del currículo y la interacción con los escenarios territoriales. Como resultado, se interpretó que el Sistema Educativo Universitario Venezolano se constituye en una palanca transformadora que modifica la gestión académica, investigativa y de vinculación social desde una visión liberadora, emancipadora y comunitaria para la generación, apropiación y transformación del conocimiento en atención a los principios curriculares del enfoque socio-cultural crítico del currículo en este nivel Educativo universitario.
