    At the beginning of paper author concludes that there are three types of property: own or private, property of religious community and state's property. Then, author outlines what is the state's ... property, as follows: a) the sky above all state Bosnia and Herzegovina; b) the see that belongs to Bosnia and Herzegovina; c) all woods, fields, meadows which are not private or property of religious communities; d) all mineral resources even on the private area if it was found mineral or oil, or any other mineral beneath the surface of private property. The author outlines current legislation that deals with the question of ownership over the state's property, as follows: Article 1 of Dayton constitution; Law about conversion of social ownership established by the Assembly of Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official gazette RBiH 33/1994); European convention on Human Rights protection and freedom. That means that total legislation on state's property question is unique that only state of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the owner over the state's property and its titular.
