Model prenosa stacionarnih karakteristik motorja v vlečni diagram vozila

The criteria of economy, ergonomy and ecology regulations are becoming more and more strict, so the commercial vehicles and diesel engines will have to adapt accordingly. In order to evaluate the ...criteria of economy, ergonomy and ecology already in the conception stage of new vehicles, we developed a model used for the transfer of stationary engine characteristics into the performance diagram of the vehicle, thus allowing rapid and reliable evaluation of the mentioned criteria. The work describes the course of designing the new model for the transfer of stationary engine characteristics into the performance diagram of the vehicle referring to specific fuel consumption of the stationary engine characteristics and serves only for the case study. Thus a diagram of fuel consumption has been prepared. The suitability of the model has been confirmed with practical measurements by operating the sample vehicle on test routes. The elaborated model can also be used for the transfer of other steady-state engine performance characteristics.
