Model povezave razpoložljivosti in delovnega okolja = Model for connection of actual availability and workload

AH expert model has been developed for connection of work environment's components with performance, health, costs and humanization measures. Basic issues for developed of AH model are described in ...the article. Also particularelements of the model and elements related connections are defined. Model has been tested in different working environments. According to our results model is useful too applicable tool, for evaluation of work environments' impacts on human availability. It should be also used for evaluation of human actual availability on performance. The central part of the model is subjective self estimation of actual availability. Actual availability is connected with all components of the model, according to our results.
