    ǂThe ǂobjective of this paper is to incorporate resource analysis in design model to obtain relevant information for the creation of a competitive advantage of a new product. Superior performance of ... the new product is based on a competitively distinct set of resouces and on deploying them in developing capabilities which are crucial for the success of the new product. A resource matrix is developed and it is an excellent way for a decision maker to manage a set of interrelated information.
