    Slovenian companies will have to improve and keep on improving the quality of their products. In most cases it will be impossible without improvement of quality and capability of resources. ... Considering a limited capital decision making on these complex problems is easier with the support of appropriate tools. For this reason some new aggregate indices have been developed to measure the contribution of resources to the product's competitive advantage and to assess the impact of their improvement on the product's competitiveness.
