The following article presents the results of an experiment, where latent semantic analysis is used for answering exam questions. Real life knowledge source and real questions are used in this ...experiment. The knowledge is extracted from PowerPoint slides, used at four different courses at Faculty ofElectrical Engineering and Computer Science of University of Maribor. Questions are extracted from a proprietary e-learning system, used for actual exams. Only single and multi choice questions are used. Results are compared against random answering of questions.
