  • Human rights as an educational starting point in kindergartens and primary school

    This article deals with different issues in asserting children's rights and also refers to the various hindrances that might affect the implementation of the national curriculum in nursery and other ... schools, the bases of which are human rights. Some practical solutions as developed in kindergarten Stara Ljubljana are reported, like, for example, how to overcome some negative aspects of the group routine, different organisation of the daily routine, which rules are necessary to achive the freedom of individuals and at the sametime will not interfere with the rights of the others etc.
