  • Zaprt popolni izpah talusa - prikaz primera = Closed talar dislocation - a case report
    Dolenc, Igor, 1957-, zdravnik
Background. A case report of closed complete talar dislocation and its treatment is presented. At the operative reduction of the talus some connective tissue was observed bridging the talar caput ... with the surrounding structures. Talar bone scan at that time revealed irregular accumulation of the isotope. Six months post injury x-ray of the previously injuried talus showed normal spongious bone structure, and repeated bone scan revealed normalvascularisation. Conclusions. The injurted lower extremity was immobilized for five and a half months and weight-bearing was restricted for nine and a half months altogether. Five years later the patient is asymptomatic. The range of motion of the previously injuried ankle is normal. X-ray control reveals initial signs of osteoarthritis at the talocalcanear joints.
