Obremenitveno testiranje srčnožilnega in pljučnega sistema v športu = Load test of cardiovascular and pulmonary sistems in sport

In cardiology the ergometry is destined on the first place to the diagnostic of chest pain. Ergometry also evaluates the functional capacity of the sportsmen cardiovascular and pulmonary systems. In ...sport medicine the maximal oxygen consumption is defined with maximal load tests, anaerobic threshold based on the breathing and laboratory factors, and arterial pressure, heart beat and electrocardiogram control. The load tests results reliability and appliement are achieved by the choice of the test which similar to the sportsman activity. The load test of healthy sportsman is interrupted at the maximal oxygen consumption, which do not augment in spite of the load increasing, rarely at the achievement of the maximal heart beat. During load test we often meet increasing of systolic arterial pressure and heart rhythm disturbances (rarely typical ishemic changes), which demands additional physician education and qualification..
