Capital integration is a relevant and economically important process with a view to enlarging the economic power ... of single company and increasing its market competition. The law regulation of this process is very strict and defines the legal control competence of state authority due to protection of free competition, creditor protection and shareholders protection. The article presents the legal regulation of various models of company integration and at the same time defines the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of this process.
