  • The leadership of the special educator in the management of the inclusive classroom

    The specific nature of the education for hearing-impaired children requires implementation of support models within the learning process. This indicates the need of providing training for the ... teachers and leadership of special educators in the inclusive classrooms. Our aim was to determine if the leadership of the special educator affects the management of the inclusive classroom where a hearingimpaired student is included. Our quantitative-qualitative research showed that the support model provided by a peripatetic support teacher proved to be a theory that appropriately functions in real practice, according to the improvements in all the examined areas following the special educator's advising.
