The main objective of the article is to identify and analyse the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the digitalization of education, taking into account the conditions of the best interests of the child, for a more efficient implementation of the rights of the child in the digital environment. In addition, the article attempts to explain the impacts and consequences of the digitisation of education.
