In recent years, IT continuously improving, enterprise should fully use the strength of IT, to improving its competitiveness. Enterprise selecting ERP system to ...integrate and improve working procedure, to make internal control cycle linkage with HR, OP, sales, RD, financial, thus managers could have immediate information to make reasonable, simplify procedure to achieve completion management and shorten market reaction time. Under such circumstance, enterprise transection environment had changed, internal control system need to be adjusted to coordinate with IT to have maximum efficiency control, in this way, to lower risk and smooth operation.
The research is based on operation activity cycle of ERP internal control system, through literature discussion to propose ERP internal control system assay. We will verify through case study to check the feasibility, and discuss the effectiveness of ERP internal control practice.

Several cluster methods were used for analysis of LR-type Fuzzy data. However, those measures suffered different levels of drawbacks. For overcoming the existing problems in ...those clustering methods, in this paper, we proposed a new clustering method based on a self-organization procedure for handling LR-type fuzzy numbers. When the proposed clustering algorithm was employed, the LR-type data could be self-organized by using their distance of similarity and resulted in a good clustering classification. In addition, the proposed clustering method could find out the outlier from the Fuzzy data set. For examining the effectiveness of the proposed approach, we then apply this algorithm to two real data sets which are students’ learning performance and patients’ blood pressure data. The results indicated that the proposed method did obtain good clustering results for these real data sets.

Although the term “multiculturalism” is widely used in many different fields, its ideas and practices are also constantly debated. Does a multicultural society simply mean ...juxtaposing people of different cultures, ethnic groups, or political statuses? How can we reach the optimal concordance and righteousness under the awareness of multiculturalism? What should we do to bring the idea of understanding multiculturalism into children’s literature? To get a clearer picture, this thesis aims to find out the applications of multiculturalism in children’s literature, and uncover the characteristics, intentions, and impacts to readers by doing an in-depth research of Patricia Polacco’s picture books. Patricia Polacco is a children’s book writer and illustrator who especially centers on cultural issues and has created many works with multicultural concerns.

The goal of this research is to prepare magnetic nanoparticles as drug carriers. Two kinds of drug were used in this study. The first one is human urokinase (UK) and the ...second one is Paclitaxel. UK was immobilized to magnetic nanoparticles via a thiol ether linkage while Paclitaxel was adsorbed to the magnetic nanoparticles through hydrophobic interaction. Magnetic nanoparticles Fe3O4 coated with 1,6 hexane diamine were prepared
by polyol reduction method and they were further reacted with
N-succinimidyl- 3-maleimidopropionate (NSMP) to obtain maleimide coated magnetic particle. A recombinant thrombin-activable human prourokinase was activated with thrombin to obtain urokinase (UK), and it was subsequently reduced with a reducing agent (TCEP) and immobilized onto maleimide coated magnetic nanoparticles through a thiol ether linkage to obtain the magnetic nanoparticles bound UK (MN-UK).
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the particles were with a mean diameter of 45 nm

This study aims to explore factors of career development of graduates in
Department of Special Education, National Taitung University. Research method is
questionnaire survey. ...Research tool is based on the revision of Chen’s (2014)
“questionnaire on career development of university students in special education
department” and subjects are Degree 102-105 graduates of Department of Special
Education, National Taitung University. This study analyzes questionnaire results by
statistical methods such as independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA.
Results of this study are shown as follows:
1. Graduates of Department of Special Education with different genders reveal
significant difference on factors of career development, “other occupations
desired ” and “essential competence to seek for job”. Males have more thoughts
and knowledge regarding their future.

This thesis aims to study the policy process of Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act in Taiwan in terms of discourse analysis. It includes three major parts: establishing a public ...consensus of anti-smoking, legitimating the related laws in the legislative Yuan, amending the law in the forms of anti-tobacco hazards. Policy Process refers to interactions among administrators, legislators and related interest groups. The research materials are mainly collected from Legislative Yuan Gazette and the related newspapers and editorials.
For establishing a public consensus, it discusses the interactions between the administration and John Tung Foundation in the context of the Agreement between CCNAA and AIT Concerning Beer, Wine and Cigarettes.
For creating the anti-hazards smoking law, it focus on debates and struggles among the legislators, Department of Hearth, the association of tobacco business, and the influential John Tung Foundation.

Much work has been done to improve the overall throughput by jointly considering MU-MIMO and NOMA, but little has considered the combination of these techniques under practical ...environments in LTE/LTE-A, in which the feedback of CSI is limited. Based on our analysis, a method capable of obtaining accurate SINR is important to reduce the improper resource allocation caused by such limited CSI feedback. In this work, to avoid changing the current feedback architecture in LTE-A, we adopt outer loop link adaption (OLLA) to dynamically modify the MCS according to HARQ. Convergence plays a crucial role while applying OLLA in LTE-A due to the characteristics of short connections. For the convergence issue, only CQI is considered in most existing OLLA, while PMI and pairing should be taken into account in MU-MIMO. In this work, we adopt the reinforcement learning to enhance OLLA. Reinforcement learning is a technique which can explore unknown strategies through interacting with the environment.
