On the basis of tri-section stepped-impedance resonator (SIR), a novel triple-band bandpass filter (BPF) is presented, which has a triple-band feature of three passbands at desired frequencies and ...high out-of-band suppression. The new coupling scheme can improve the performance of the BPF of the input and output, and the hairpin structure helps reduce the size. A microstrip filter was designed and simulated, and proved the feasibility of design concept in an excellent way with insertion loss of 2.0, 1.9 and 1.7 dB at 1.0, 2.4, 3.6 GHz, respectively.

The amount and ratio of infiltration are defined by flow and conductivity measurement, which is proved accurate by CCTV inspection. The CCTV inspection method and results are also given in this article.
In order to characterize the effects of 17β estradiol (17β-E2) on the expression of IL-6, IL-11 and NF-κB in the human MG-63 osteohlast-like cell line, the expression of IL-6 was detected by RT-PCR, ...Northern blot and Western blot. The expression of IL-11 was determined by RTPCR, and NF-κB by Western blot. The results showed that 17β-E2 down-regulated the expression of IL-6 mRNA and protein, IL-11 mRNA and NF-κB protein in MG-63 cells. It was suggested that the expression of NF-κB, IL-6 and IL-11 in MG-63 cells could be suppressed by 17β-E2, and this might lend support to estrogen replacement therapy in postmenopausal women.
In recent decades, inorganic crystals have been widely used in dark matter direct search experiments. To contribute to the understanding of the capabilities of \(CsI(Na)\) and \(CaF_{2}(Eu)\) ...crystals, a mono-energetic neutron beam is utilized to study the properties of nuclear recoils, which are expected to be similar to signals of dark matter direct detection. The quenching factor of nuclear recoils in \(CsI(Na)\) and \(CaF_{2}(Eu)\), as well as an improved discrimination factor between nuclear recoils and \({\gamma}\) backgrounds in \(CsI(Na)\), are reported.

This paper reported the results of evaluation for cold tolerance at both budding stage and seedling stage on 690 rice varieties from Japan and Yunnan Province, China. 114 varieties and 22 ones were ...screened out as resources with cold tolerance. Among them, 25 and 14 ones might be considered as extreme cold tolerant at budding stage and seedling stage respectively. It was discovered that 29 varieties are moderately tolerant to cold at both same stage. The major high cold tolerant resources belong to japonica variety from Japan and Yunnan. The Lancang, Puer, Mojiang and Xinqing counties in Yunnan Province might be the cultivated region of these rice resources with cold tolerance at both budding and seedling stage
