The research aims to scientifically determine the effect of hadang game training on dribbling agility. This type of research is experimental design and the research design used is one group ...pretest-posttest design. This research was carried out in the fields of SDN 81 Rejang Lebong in 2022. The population in this study were futsal extracurricular students at SDN 81 Rejang Lebong. The samples taken in this research were 30 students. The research uses an experimental method where the statistical analysis used in this research is the t test. As for the calculation results between the initial test and the final test, there is a significant influence. The calculation results state that the value of tcount = 23.697 > ttable = 1.699 with a level of α = 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Based on the results of research conducted, the hadang game has an influence on ball dribbling agility in extracurricular futsal at SDN 81 Rejang Lebong. Futsal extracurricular students' dribbling agility increased after receiving treatment in the form of a game of hadang.
This activity aims to introduce teachers and students to the latest sports games, namely Petanque sports. The activity is carried out during teacher and student learning hours. This activity is ...objectively or as-is with the subject of 25 Seluma MGMP teachers and 10 students. This activity lasted for 6 months, then held a closed seminar for 1 day. From the results of these activities show the great interest of teachers and students in recognizing petanque sports in schools seen from the questionnaire sheets generated by 18 points or presented at 90%, so that teachers and students are interested in developing and implementing these sports games so that in the future it can produce achievements that good.
This study aims to to find out the application of learning and the differences in the application of PJOK learning during the Covid-19 pandemic which was carried out by State and Private Schools at ...the SD level throughout Rejang Lebong Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study amounted to 60 people consisting of the Principal, Teachers and Students. The instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with percentages. The results showed that the implementation of PJOK learning during the Covid-19 pandemic related to the Semester Program, RPP and Learning Process at State Elementary Schools was in the Good category with a percentage of 70%, the Ministry of Education's Private Elementary School was in the Very Good category with a percentage of 81.66%, and Private Elementary Schools. The Ministry of Religion is in the Enough category with a percentage of 59%. Furthermore, the difference in the application of learning in public schools and private schools lies in the learning methods and media used by each elementary school unit.
This research is a Classroom Action Research in the scope of education carried out by lecturers, researchers in their class or together with other people.Increasing basic dribbling technique skills ...from before using the homecourt application method through online-based zoom media and after using the homecourt application method through zoom-based media. online in the pre-cycle, it is proven that there has been no improvement because the homecourt application method has not been implemented. 40% of the 12 students who got complete scores with an average score of 67 out of 30 students. There was a significant increase in cycle II, there was an increase in dribbling skills in Handball games with the homecourt application method through online-based zoom media with 2 students who became guards. Evidenced by the results of research with an increase in completeness results to 19 students who completed with an average score in Handball learning of 72.25
Research on Adobe Flash Applications To Improve Learning Outcomes of Handball Courses for Students of Physical Education Study Program FKIP UNIB aims to improve learning outcomes in handball courses ...as well as to determine the effectiveness of Adobe applications in learning handball. The method used in this study is (Classroom Action Research), the results of this study are descriptive because in this study a description will be produced about the extent to which handball learning has been improved by using Adobe Flash in physical education students of FKIP UNIB. The sample of this research is the third semester students of Physical Education Study Program, totaling 24 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics in the form of percentages presented in tables or graphs. The results of this study are students can improve learning outcomes in handball courses. This can be seen from the percentage results which show that at the time of the pre-cycle an average score of 62.50 was obtained, with 7 students getting a complete score of 29%. In the first cycle, the average score was 67.10 with 12 people completing the 50% percentage. And in the second cycle showed significant results with completeness reaching 21 students out of 24 students getting a percentage of 87.5%. From these results it shows that student learning outcomes increase after learning using Adobe Flash is applied..
There are still physical education students who are unsure of their ability to participate in sports psychology learning. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the level of ...self-efficacy of physical education students in attending sports psychology learning. The method used is the descriptive research method. The population used was 26 students. The total sampling technique was used to take the size of the research sample. The research techniques and instruments used were in the form of a questionnaire with a validity value of 0.72 and a reliability of 0.73. The mean ideal and standard ideal deviation are used to determine the category, and the percentage is used to determine the percentage of students. The results of the study stated that: 1) male students had a mean score of 51.11 and a standard deviation of 6.67 in the high category; 2) female male students have a mean value of 51.33 and a standard deviation of 6.83 in the high category. So it can be concluded that the level of self-efficacy is in the high category with a frequency of 20 students or 76%, and there is no difference between male and female students.
This study aims to determine Analysis of volleyball extracurricular development in junior high schools in Bengkulu city. The type of research used is qualitative with the design of this research is a ...survey approach. The research subjects, namely coaches, trainers and students at the State Junior High Schools in Bengkulu City which were accredited A totaled 15 schools. The object of this research is volleyball extracurricular at State Junior High Schools in Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique in the field uses the Miles and Huberman model in the form of data reduction, data display, and the last one is drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that 15 State Junior High Schools (SMP) in Bengkulu City which consist of 15 coaches, 15 coaches, and 15 students regarding the analysis of volleyball extracurricular coaching at State Junior High Schools in Bengkulu City, it is known that the overall results of the coaching extracurricular activities carried out by the coaches were in the very good category (85.67%) then the trainers were in the good category (76.33%) and the students were in the good category (75.33%). In general, it can be concluded that of the 15 State Junior High Schools in Bengkulu City, it is (79.11%) in the good category. .
This study aims to determine the effect of multiball training on forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City. In this study ...using a Quasi experimental method (quasi experimental). The design used was one group pretest posttest design, that is, pretest was done before treatment and posttest was done after treatment. The treatment given was multiball training with various variations. This design requires a group without comparison. The population in this study amounted to 16 students, the sample selection used a total sampling technique where the entire population was taken as the research sample. The data collection technique in this study was the direct test method, namely using the 1x pretest, 14x trials and 1x posttest in table tennis. The statistical prerequisite test fulfills the requirements that the data is normally distributed based on statistical counts. The results obtained from the data t count 142.13 and t table 2.13145 with a level of = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of multiball training on forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City, so it can be concluded that multiball training affects the improvement of forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students.
The aims of this development research were to produce a learning model for basic technique of squat-style long-jump based on biomechanics with the game for junior high school students and to know the ...effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness against learning model. This research used Deff model adopted from Research & Development by Borg and Gall. The subject used was junior high school students which consists of 45 students. The instruments used were need analysis, expert’s evaluation, small and large group test. Effectiveness test was to know junior high school students’ jump skill level before being given biomechanic treatment. The Pre-test obtained from the students’ jump result was about 540, and Post-test was about 812. The conducted t-test between the experiment group and the control group obtained was t = 10.152 and in the n-gain score test between the experiment group (biomechanic treatment) obtained by 76% (effective) and the control group obtained by 43.40% (less effective). Therefore, this game model is effective in increasing students’ jump learning. According to the result, it could be inferred that: (1) this model can be developed and applied in physical education, (2) the model proved that there are significant difference in pre-test and post-test between the experiment group (biomechanic treatment) and the control group after the treatment model, based on N-gain test.
This study aims to facilitate Physical Education Study Program students with the renewal of learning media based on the kinovea application, especially in biomechanics courses which not only learn ...theoretically but have elements of measurement and analysis of motion in humans, this study uses research and development methods using bolt and galt designs. 8 stages. The subjects of this study were physical education students in semester 5, the results showed that the level of validation of learning media from material experts and media experts was 4.13 eligible categories and 3.3 eligible categories. The results of the small scale trial show an average value of 4.1 with the Eligible category. The results of large scale trials show an average value of 3.45 in the appropriate category. Based on the results at the validation stage and small-scale and large-scale trials, this study resulted in a kinovea application-based learning media in the biomechanics course of the Bengkulu University physical education study program.
