The article examines the trends in the development of the educational system in recent years in Ukraine and the world in the context of neuropedagogy. Particular attention is paid to the factors that ...have influenced the strengthening of the role of education in the world, in particular, the strengthening of the state's interest in financing education. The article updates the inextricable connection between the country's economy and the level and quality of education. The author points out the advantages of education support systems in some advanced countries of the world, which can be used as a model experience for domestic educational reform, in particular due to the use of neuropedagogy. The most important trends in the development of education in the world educational space are analyzed. The author notes that the quarter-century experience of the 21st century civilization determines a number of trends according to which it should develop in the future. Among them, for example, the transition of most nations and cultures to market relations is leading in the economy; in politics - to democracy; in social communication - to tolerance; in the general organization of life activities - to an open society and models of sustainable human development, etc. Because education (and science), which prepares a person for independent life, shapes his view on the future development of civilization.
Collective monograph contains the results of scientific research devoted to some problems of continuous education. Chapter 1 highlights the results of a pedagogical experiment on the formation of organizational competence among future specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The dynamics of the formation of organizational competence is determined and it is shown that the application of the obtained results makes it possible to find out the formation of value-motivational, knowledge, managerial, managerial, control-corrective and reflective-evaluative components of organizational competence of cadets. Chapter 2 focuses on the current problems of adult education in Ukraine and Sweden, which acquire special significance through the prism of the "value rearmament" of a person of the 21st century. The features of trends in adult education at the global and local levels are clarified, and the author's interactive intensive course is offered. Chapter 3 presents the development of innovative models of effectiveness for communication in a foreign language with an emphasis on lifelong learning and multiculturalism. Integration of "inverted classroom" models, models based on tasks of immersion in the concept of technology application for improving language learning is proposed. It is shown that the introduction of technologies in language learning can improve access to resources and increase the effectiveness of education. Chapter 4 is devoted to the management of professional development of professional staff of Ukrainian universities in the context of the expansion of institutional autonomy. The obtained results can be considered as part of the integration processes of higher education of Ukraine in the European educational space In Chapter 5, the means of developing individual and group receptivity to the new are disclosed. It is shown that corporate training through active methods, modern management models and technologies, coaching training technologies acquires special importance. The monograph is intended for educators, theoreticians and practitioners who study the problems of the continuous educational process in order to increase its effectiveness.
Круглий стіл є однією з найбільш поширених і демократичних форм наукової комунікації, адже він об’єднує та урівнює всіх учасників у спільному обговоренні певної проблеми і дає їм змогу представити ...високонауковий академічний зміст доповіді у неформальній, вільній манері спілкування. Круглі столи можуть мати науковий, мистецький, філософський, педагогічний, психологічний, громадсько-політичний та інший зміст. Їх тематика надзвичайно різноманітна: від пошуку оптимального рішення складної наукової, освітньої чи іншої проблеми — до осмислення творчого доробку видатних представників українського народу і світової спільноти та пошанування їх пам’яті. На відзначення 85-ї річниці від дня народження визначного українського філософа й педагога академіка І.А. Зязюна Інститут вищої освіти НАПН України і Товариство «Знання» України провели 1 березня 2023 р. круглий стіл «Розвиток педагогічних ідей І. Зязюна у теорії і практиці сучасної освіти». Захід об’єднав учнів, колег, соратників, друзів і послідовників видатного Майстра педагогічної дії з різних регіонів України. Під час задушевної та водночас науково змістовної розмови було обговорено питання впливу освітньої, наукової та громадсько-політичної діяльності академіка І. Зязюна на розвиток української освіти, педагогічної та психологічної науки й піднесення соціального статусу і престижу працівників освітньої галузі.
Формування інформаційного суспільства як нової форми соціальної дійсності, що функціонує через посередництво мультизнаків – символів – сигналів – стимулів – кодів, стимулює всезростаючу ...інтелектуалізацію усіх видів суспільної практики, зокрема, освіти, яка перетворюється на теорію і практику неперервного професійного розвитку когнітивних працівників, здатних самостійно опрацьовувати інформацію і здобувати нове знання на основі використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Основними напрямами реформування освіти в Україні є приведення її сутності і змісту у відповідність із сучасними світовими тенденціями її розвитку, зумовленими цивілізаційними змінами і викликами, а також набуття нею спроможності давати на них адекватні відповіді. На основі узагальнення наукової літератури з проблеми розвитку освіти в інформаційному суспільстві й аналізу сучасних тенденцій розбудови системи післядипломної освіти в Україні у статті здійснено SWOT-аналіз розвитку цієї освітньої галузі в умовах її інформатизації, індивідуалізації й інтеграції в європейський інформаційний освітній простір. Метою статті є визначення проблем, переваг, загроз і перспектив інформатизації вітчизняної післядипломної освіти і перетворення її на відкриту систему. За результатами дослідження зроблено висновок, що ефективне функціонування післядипломної освіти у відкритому інформаційному освітньому просторі забезпечується завдяки набуттю нею варіативності, гнучкості, здатності створювати оптимальні умови для індивідуалізації освітнього процесу на засадах поєднання формальної, неформальної та інформальної освіти. Доведено, що такі умови найбільш оптимально забезпечуються у відкритому університеті післядипломної освіти. Визначено перспективні напрями й завдання розбудови національної системи відкритої післядипломної педагогічної освіти в Україні, запропоновано модель цього процесу: «цивілізаційна зміна – освітня проблема – пошук шляхів і розроблення програми її вирішення – відображення їх у змісті і формах ППО – акредитація і реалізація відповідних варіативних, диверсифікованих за змістом і профілями освітніх програм – моніторинг якості їх реалізації».
