Entrepreneurship is an important factor of potential growth and development that will determine the development dynamics of transition countries in the future. Starting from the theory of planned ...behaviour and the social cognition theory, the paper argues that bonding and bridging cognitive social capital may positively influence entrepreneurial intentions of young people in Croatia and Macedonia. The hypotheses were tested by using structural equation modelling. Our findings indicate that bridging and bonding social capital could be significant enhancers of entrepreneurial intention. The fact that those individuals who have poor bonding social capital may get their chance through bridging social capital seems as a good indicator. Bridging social capital that forms in an entrepreneurial environment can encourage young people in their self-employment efforts. Furthermore, our research implies several possible measures of enhancing the efficiency of entrepreneurial education.
Crisis events represent a costly threat to businesses in the tourism sector. Tourism companies have long recognized the importance of crisis management and realized that their passive attitude toward ...possible crises can negatively affect their work. Despite this knowledge, many of them are not prepared for a quick response and do not have mechanisms that can indicate that danger early. For those reasons, the need to write this paper arose, intending to provide tourism enterprises with an appropriate tool for successfully fighting against crises. This paper's main goal was to determine the opinion of Generation Y about "Were we able to deal with the crisis in the tourism sector in the Republic of North Macedonia in the period 2020-2022?". For this purpose, the authors did narrative research using secondary sources of information and empirical research about the problem. After processing the data and their visualization through tables and graphs, based on the results of the empirical research, the authors presented their conclusions and recommendations for appropriate actions in dealing with the crises encountered by the enterprises that belong to the tourism sector.

During the career development process, people are faced with a number of problems and challenges related to the work-life aspects. The work-life balance is a key factor leading to greater organizational productivity. Finding the right job is the philosophy of the process of career management. Starting from the fact that the Republic of North Macedonia faces a lack of opportunities for finding a job, or insufficient employment opportunities by profession, this paper aims to identify certain suggestions for improving it. Unless an appropriate strategy is created and no serious measures are taken, there is frustration, nepotism, brain drain from the country.
This paper elaborates the issue relating to some of the organizational structure parameters in the enterprises of Republic of Macedonia's economy and makes a comparison to what is proposed by the ...organization theory.For that purpose, empirical research was performed on 62 enterprises of the Republic of Macedonia's economy. In that respect, the SPSS package was used for accepting or rejecting given hypotheses. The conducted research is to provide an answer to the questions relating to the specific application of organizational structure parameters in the enterprises of Republic of Macedonia's economy. Research results have indicated that Macedonian enterprises compared to the enterprises of the developed world and theoretical postulates related to organizational structuring present similar results in certain dimensions, as well as that there are areas which need improvements and complete changes.
Spa and wellness tourism today is a reality that companies engaged in the hotel industry must be aware of when setting up their facilities. It was considered before that this type of tourism is ...related only to the clientele that uses it for health reasons. It is no longer the case. Other people are potential consumers of this type of tourism. It stems from the fact that consumers who use such services have greater and more sophisticated requirements and want to meet other types of needs. The main thing is that in this process, the additional value must be obtained in which both parties will be satisfied - consumers and providers of these services. This type of tourism, in turn, implies the need for more extensive investment in providing that content, and therefore in that process, there is a need for greater engagement of the community. It means appropriate aid by providing various types of financial assistance - non-repayable funds (grants), loans with lower interest rates and other types of assistance, especially of a logistical nature. Also, there is a need for the proper education of the local tourist workers for providing this type of services, including an appropriate promotion of the broader interested community for the possibility of using spa and wellness tourism in the tourist facilities throughout the calendar year. These were the main reasons for writing this paper, and we focused on assessing the real situation in terms of spa and wellness tourism within the municipality of Skopje. For that purpose, we constructed a survey questionnaire and by analyzing the obtained answers, using appropriate statistical tools and methods, we gained appropriate knowledge regarding the development of this type of tourism to achieve sustainable economic growth.
Rezime: Banjski i velnes turizam danas je realnost o kojoj kompanije koje se bave hotelijerstvom moraju voditi računa prilikom postavljanja svojih objekata. Nekada se smatralo da je ovaj vid turizma ...vezan samo za klijentelu koja ga koristi iz zdravstvenih razloga. Danas to više nije slučaj. Ostali potrošači su potencijalni potrošači ove vrste turizma. Ovo proizilazi iz činjenice da potrošači koji koriste njihove usluge imaju veće i sofisticiranije zahteve i žele da zadovolje druge vrste potreba. Glavno je da se u ovom procesu mora dobiti dodatna vrednost u kojoj će biti zadovoljne obe strane - i potrošači i pružaoci ovih usluga. Ovaj vid turizma, pak, podrazumeva potrebu za većim ulaganjem u obezbed strok signivanju tog sadržaja, pa se u tom procesu nameće potreba za većim angažovanjem zajednice. To podrazumeva odgovarajuću pomoć, pružanjem različitih vidova finansijske pomoći - bespovratnih sredstava (grantova), kredita sa nižim kamatnim stopama i drugih vidova pomoći, posebno logističke prirode. Takod strok signe, nameće se obaveza odgovarajuće edukacije domaćih turističkih radnika za pružanje ove vrste usluga, kao i odgovarajuća promocija od strane šire zainteresovane zajednice za mogućnost korišćenja banjskog i velnes turizma u turističkim objektima tokom cele kalendarske godine. Ovo su bili glavni razlozi za pisanje ovog rada, a mi smo se fokusirali na procenu realnog stanja u pogledu banjskog i velnes turizma u opštini Skoplje. U tu svrhu konstruisali smo anketni upitnik, a zatim analizom dobijenih odgovora, koristeći odgovarajuće statističke alate i metode, došli do odgovarajućih saznanja o razvoju ove vrste turizma u cilju postizanja održljivog ekonomskog razvoja.

The graphology is a quasi-science (pseudo- science). It is considered to be one of the unconventional methods for human resources selection in the organizations. The graphologists believe that on the ...base of the handwriting and on the written material a psychologic personal's profile can be made. With the graphological analyses numerous features of the handwriting can be interpreted such as: the initial and final of one word' emphasis, correctness and readability of the words, letter' s form, letter's size, hand pressure on the paper, distance between the lines, writings course and other. This method is not scientifically approved, although it is used in the organizations in a lot of West European countries and in USA as a tool for selection of human resources. In the most of the announces for vacancies the candidates are required to fulfill the application forms in hand.
This paper is focused on business possibilities of CEFTA 2006 and its influence on export trend of wood furniture from the Republic of Macedonia. First, six categories of wood furniture export are ...analyzed such as: office furniture, kitchen furniture, bedroom furniture, living and dining room furniture, shop furniture and other furniture, presenting a positive trend in each category, except for living and dining room furniture. The total export of wood furniture shows a positive trend. The second part presents comparative research using mathematical and statistical methods for determining wood furniture export trends, analyzing the export to different countries and the use of the CEFTA 2006 agreement. The results show a positive trend of export of wood furniture from Macedonia towards CEFTA countries. The main purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the use of the CEFTA 2006 agreement in the fi eld of wood furniture export from the Republic of Macedonia, providing policy and business recommendations for the use of the CEFTA 2006 agreement. Taking into consideration the CEFTA 2006 agreement benefi ts, CEFTA member countries would become more competitive and prepared towards the European and global market.
