In fact, this also makes the college learning process easier because having teaching materials as a learning resource for students can help learning in lectures become more effective and efficient. Because having additional teaching materials as a student learning resource will enrich student knowledge. Specifically for this research, teaching materials will be developed using the Thunkable Tennis Court application. In the future, there will be gradual development for other types of teaching materials and other materials as well. As is known, the physical education study program is closely related to learning movement. Learning to move yourself is also divided into several stages which include cognitive, associative and automatic stages. The cognitive stage is the beginning and basis that influences success at other stages. Because it is necessary for an educator to provide effective and efficient learning at this stage and provide enrichment of knowledge to students by using up-to-date teaching materials in accordance with current developments. The method to achieve this goal will be Research and Development from year to year. What is certain is that the Research and Development stage begins with needs analysis, product development, validation, testing and publication.
The purpose of this research to understand the correlation between anxiety and the concentration of tennis athletes. The subjects of this study were tennis athletes who entered the qualifying round ...in the " Piala Rektor UNP & Dirut Bank Nagari 2021" tournament as many as 50 people. Measurement of anxiety variables on the sports anxiety scale and concentration variables using a concentration training grid. Analysis of the data used is product moment correlation. Data analysis shows a correlation coefficient of 0.784 and is included in the strong category and contributes to the correlation between variables of 0.64 or 64%. From the value of the correlation coefficient is in the strong category. That is, if the level of anxiety is high, the level of concentration of tennis athletes will be lower and vice versa, an increase in concentration will be followed by a decrease in anxiety.

Materials and methods. The research method used was classroom action ...research using two cycles, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. The method in this research was carried out by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on actions collaboratively to improve tennis learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were all seventh-semester students who took part in tennis lecture, totaling 35 students. This research was conducted from March 2023 to May 2023. The data obtained is then selected what is needed and can be used as a reference in compiling a research report. After getting an overview of the problems and constraints found in cycle 1, the next step is for researchers to rearrange the activity plan to get good results in the second cycle.
Results. The results showed that in the first cycle the students' completeness was 69%, and in the second cycle the students' completeness was 94%
Conclusions. The conclusion in this study is that the application of mobile learning-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in learning tennis.
This study aims to determine how much the contribution of arm and back muscle strength to volleyball serve in Semester 1 Physical Education students of Bengkulu University. This research is objective, and the sample consists of 30 students of Semester 1 Physical Education of Bengkulu University, who were taken with a total sampling technique. There is a significant relationship between X1 and X2 with Y, because the result of the data rcalculate = 0.82 is greater than rtable = 0.361. There is a contribution between arm muscle strength, back muscle strength on volleyball top serve by 67% because K = r2 x 100% = 67%.

This study aims to reveal the level of ...mental readiness of physical education students in attending lectures in the odd semester of 2023. This research seeks to reveal the level of mental readiness of physical education students to attend lectures in the odd semester of 2023.
Materials and methods. This research is quantitative. The population in the study was 250 students. The research sample was chosen randomly so that there were 112 students. Research data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using simple statistics with standard deviation formulas and ideal mean values so that five categories are formed.
Results. The results of the analysis illustrate that 34 students have very high mental readiness, 62 students have high mental readiness, 12 students have moderate mental readiness, 3 students have low mental readiness, and 1 student has very low mental readiness.
Conclusions. It was concluded that students have high mental readiness to attend lectures in the odd semester of 2023.

Kegiatan pelatihan Pertolongan Pertama Cedera Olahraga Menggunakan Kinesio Tape untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan tenaga pengajar. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah Tenaga Pengajar Sekolah keberbakatan Olahraga (SKO) Provinsi Bengkulu berjumlah 30 orang Pelatihan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan tenaga pengajar tentang Pertolongan Pertama Cedera Olahraga Menggunakan Kinesio Tape, yaitu sebagai berikut: pengetahuan awal sebelum pelatihan Pertolongan Pertama Cedera Olahraga Menggunakan Kinesio Tape sebesar 63%, pengetahuan setelah pelatihan Pertolongan Pertama Cedera Olahraga Menggunakan Kinesio Tape sebesar 88.50%
Tennis is one of the most popular sport branches which very attractive to people nowadays. However, the varied fundamental techniques have been burden for this sport as it is hard to learn in short ...period of time. Groundstroke forehand and groundstroke backhand are the two among basic techniques in order to prepare and create the accomplished athlete. In training program, variety innovations are needed, hence the exercise situation become more interesting and also avoid such boredom. The convenient training model for children development is based on play and stay concept. The research method used is development. The final product of this research is the variety of training which emphasizes on groundstroke forehand & backhand exercise in the form of video by using games concept for junior tennis athlete. In tennis, presenting the training portion through playing concept to junior athlete (6-12 years old) is the exact option, because in that age, giving the proficiency and understanding of movement is easier to build. Delivering the training program within the support of technology will make it more focused and on target.
This study aims to determine the understanding of PAUD teachers on physical activity for PAUD children in Muara Bangkahulu District. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study ...were 8 PAUD teachers in Muara Bangkahulu District. Instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the observational research obtained a value of 75% (medium), 25% (high), while the results of the questionnaire obtained a percentage value with an average of 56.11%. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the level of understanding of PAUD teachers regarding physical activity for PAUD children in Muara Bangkahulu District is categorized as moderate because teachers already have an understanding of physical activity, but there are still teachers in teaching and learning that are not in accordance with predetermined learning programs. The importance of PAUD teacher understanding of physical activity to support children can move actively through their gross motor skills.
Background. The flipped classroom approach has been gaining increasing attention across various educational domains, including physical education. Recent research has underscored the necessity for ...innovative strategies to enhance student engagement in physical education, particularly in basketball instruction. Objectives. This study aimed to investigate the influence of the flipped classroom approach on student engagement in Basketball instruction within the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation program at the University level. Materials and methods. The research method involved an experimental design using the static group comparison approach, where 62 students enrolled in physical education were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received instruction through the flipped classroom approach, while the control group underwent conventional instruction, with the intervention lasting for seven weeks. A comprehensive engagement scale questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis and independent samples t-test. Results. The research findings revealed significantly higher levels of engagement in the agentic, behavioral, emotional, and cognitive dimensions among students in the flipped classroom group compared to those in the conventional classroom group. This indicates that the flipped classroom approach has a considerable effect on student engagement in basketball instruction. Conclusions. The study’s results have confirmed the effectiveness of the innovative pedagogical strategy of the flipped classroom in fostering meaningful learning experiences and motivating students within the context of physical education.
