By using improved pulsed field gel electrophoresis conditions, the molecular karyotype of the reference clone CL Brener selected for Trypanosoma cruzi genome project was established. A total of 20 ...uniform chromosomal bands ranging in size from 0.45 to 3.5 Megabase pairs (Mbp) were resolved in a single run. The weighted sum of the chromosomal bands was approximately 87 Mbp. Chromoblots were hybridized with 39 different homologous probes, 13 of which identified single chromosomes. Several markers showed linkage and four different linkage groups were identified, each comprising two markers. Densitometric analysis suggests that most of the chromosomal bands contain two or more chromosomes representing either homologous chromosomes and/or heterologous chromosomes with similar sizes

This paper presents a first draft of a context management model and architecture in the scope of mobile end-user services, paying special attention to mobile scenarios and specific mobility ...environments. The paper describes our notion of context and presents the process followed for developing the ontologies for representing context, providing an overview of the first version of these ontologies. Besides, we propose an architecture for managing context in mobile environments, including high-level descriptions of the components that compose it, as well as some low level details regarding the contextual interfaces involved. To show the way all these components interoperate and the advantages of the defined architecture and semantic model, we describe a use case with specific implementation details.

Using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at √ s = 7 TeV , corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb − 1 , the ratio of branching fractions of the B 0 → D ...* − π + π − π + decay relative to the B 0 → D * − π + decay is measured to be B ( B 0 → D * − π + π − π + ) B ( B 0 → D * − π + ) = 2.64 ± 0.04 ( stat ) ± 0.13 ( syst ) . The Cabibbo-suppressed decay B 0 → D * − K + π − π + is observed for the first time, and the measured ratio of branching fractions is B ( B 0 → D * − K + π − π + ) B ( B 0 → D * − π + π − π + ) = ( 6.47 ± 0.37 ( stat ) ± 0.35 ( syst ) ) × 10 − 2 . A search for orbital excitations of charm mesons contributing to the B 0 → D * − π + π − π + final state is also performed, and the first observation of the B 0 → ¯¯¯ D 1 ( 2420 ) 0 π + π − decay is reported with the ratio of branching fractions B ( B 0 → ( ¯¯¯ D 1 ( 2420 ) 0 → D * − π + ) π − π + ) B ( B 0 → D * − π + π − π + ) = ( 2.04 ± 0.42 ( stat ) ± 0.22 ( syst ) ) × 10 − 2 , where the numerator represents a product of the branching fractions B ( B 0 → ¯¯¯ D 1 ( 2420 ) 0 π − π + ) and B ( ¯¯¯ D 1 ( 2420 ) 0 → D * − π + ) .
