Along with globalization and technological advances, the complexity and dynamics of international supply chains are increasing. Using CiteSpace to visualize and analyze the knowledge map of the ...global supply chain helps to deeply understand the industry’s development trends and essential elements. The knowledge map of the international supply chain field is visualized and analyzed using CiteSpace software in this paper, which uncovers the key components and development trends in the field. The study involves collecting and analyzing relevant literature from 2009 to 2021, and applying techniques such as word frequency analysis, co-occurrence network construction, and spectral clustering algorithms to map the knowledge map. Supply chain management, supply chain resilience and risk management are the most popular topics in the supply chain field, in which the word “supply chain management” has a co-occurrence frequency of 485 times, with a centrality of 0.457. Using the spectral clustering algorithm, we identify several key research clusters and find that “supply chain security” has become a recent research topic. Security” has become a hot research topic recently. Research in the field of supply chain is gradually focusing on improving chain flexibility and reducing risks. There is increasing interest in the trend of supply chain futurization and intelligence.

Reported rates of acute kidney injury (AKI) have varied significantly among studies of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) published to date. The present meta-analysis was conducted to gain clarity regarding AKI incidence and renal replacement therapy (RRT) use in COVID-19 patients.
The PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, medRxiv, and bioRxiv databases were systematically searched for COVID-19-related case reports published through 25 July 2020. Pooled analyses were conducted using R.
The pooled incidence of AKI in 51 studies including 21,531 patients was 12.3% (95% CI 9.5–15.6%), with higher rates of 38.9% in 290 transplant patients (95% CI 27.3–51.9%), 39.0% in 565 ICU patients (95% CI 23.2–57.6%) and 42.0% among 1745 deceased patients (95% CI 30.3–54.7%). RRT usage was reported in 39 studies of 17,664 patients, with an overall pooled use of 5.4% (95% CI 4.0–7.1%), with higher rates of 15.6% in 117 transplant patients (95%CI 9.9–23.8%) and 16.3% in 776 ICU patients (95% CI 11.1–23.3%).
AKI and RRT use among COVID-19 patients represent a major public health concern, and early and appropriate intervention should be called upon to improve the prognosis of patients suffering from AKI.
A two-photon reversible fluorescent probe L1 was designed and synthesized. The fluorescence intensity of the probe solution was strong, while the fluorescence of the solution was obviously quenched ...and the color of the solution was changed after the addition of hypochlorous acid, indicating this is “naked-eye sensor” for the detection of HClO. The probe showed great selectivity for hypochlorous acid over other reactive oxygen species (ROS) and anions. Fluorescence titration experiments showed that the probe has a low detection limit of 0.674 μM. Because of a morpholine group introduced to the naphathalimide framework, probe L1 was successfully applied to detect intracellular HClO in lysosome.
The metal oxides/graphene composites are one of the most promising supercapacitors (SCs) electrode materials. However, rational synthesis of such electrode materials with controllable conductivity ...and electrochemical activity is the topical challenge for high‐performance SCs. Here, the Co3O4/graphene composite is taken as a typical example and develops a novel/universal one‐step laser irradiation method that overcomes all these challenges and obtains the oxygen‐vacancy abundant ultrafine Co3O4 nanoparticles/graphene (UCNG) composites with high SCs performance. First‐principles calculations show that the surface oxygen vacancies can facilitate the electrochemical charge transfer by creating midgap electronic states. The specific capacitance of the UCNG electrode reaches 978.1 F g−1 (135.8 mA h g−1) at the current densities of 1 A g−1 and retains a high capacitance retention of 916.5 F g−1 (127.3 mA h g−1) even at current density up to 10 A g−1, showing remarkable rate capability (more than 93.7% capacitance retention). Additionally, 99.3% of the initial capacitance is maintained after consecutive 20 000 cycles, demonstrating enhanced cycling stability. Moreover, this proposed laser‐assisted growth strategy is demonstrated to be universal for other metal oxide/graphene composites with tuned electrical conductivity and electrochemical activity.
A novel one‐step laser irradiation route through simultaneous laser‐induced reduction and fragmentation to prepare ultrafine Co3O4 nanoparticles/graphene (UCNG) composites is proposed for the first time. Because of the plentiful oxygen vacancies on the ultrafine Co3O4 nanoparticles surface and the tightly anchoring of Co3O4 nanoparticles on graphene, the UCNG composites exhibit outstanding electrochemical performance, especially for high‐rate capability (93.7%).

A novel near-infrared (NIR) ratiometric colorimetric ICT-based fluorescence probe for hydrazine has been synthesized and characterized. The probe DCM-LX selectively distinguished hydrazine with other analyses with a wide pH range. Once hydrazine is added to the solution of probe DCM-LX, the color of solution changed to orange from yellow immediately. It means probe can be used for “naked-eye” detection of hydrazine. DCM-LX exhibits high selectivity and excellent sensitivity towards hydrazine with detection limit as low as 7.71nM. Furthermore, DCM-LX was successfully applied in living cellular imaging with low toxicity and hydrazine detection in H2O sample.
Today, the vast majority of microelectromechanical system (MEMS) sensors are mechanically rigid and therefore suffer from disadvantages when used in intimately wearable or bio-integrated ...applications. By applying new engineering strategies, mechanically bendable and stretchable MEMS devices have been successfully demonstrated. This article reviews recent progress in this area, focusing on high-performance flexible devices based on inorganic thin films. We start with the common design and fabrication strategies for flexibility and stretchability, summarize the recent application-oriented flexible devices, and conclude with criteria and opportunities for the future development of flexible MEMS sensors.
Pancreatic stellate cells (PSCs) play key roles in the pancreatic tumor microenvironment and are considered to contribute to chemoresistance. PSCs can participate in malignant behaviors of pancreatic ...carcinoma (PC) by secreting hepatocyte growth factor (HGF). The objective of this research was to explore the potential molecular mechanism of HGF on gemcitabine (GEM) chemoresistance of PC.
HGF, c-Met, E-Cadherin and Vimentin levels were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The changes of HGF level were detected by ELISA. The half maximal inhibitory concentration, the growth inhibitions and apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells (PCCs) were respectively assayed using CCK-8 and flow cytometry. Associated proteins were measured using western blot and cell immunofluorescence assay.
PSCs strongly expressed HGF, and its receptor c-Met was expressed in PCCs. PCCs exerted a positive regulative effect on HGF production. HGF neutralizing antibody AMG102 could effectively reduce the HGF level in PSC-conditioned medium (PSC-CM). PSC-CM promoted chemoresistance in PCCs. When exposed to PSC-CM, PCCs underwent epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), and c-Met was also activated. Recombinant human HGF had the same protective effect. Blocking the HGF/c-Met axis with a c-Met inhibitor PHA665752 and AMG102 reduced the phosphorylation level of c-Met (p-c-Met) and attenuated EMT and chemoresistance. P-c-Met overexpression resulted in activation of the PI3K/Akt pathway, and inhibition of PI3K/Akt signaling with LY294002 reversed chemoresistance and EMT.
PSCs can activate the c-Met/PI3K/Akt pathway in PCCs via paracrine HGF, induce EMT of PCCs and inhibit cancer cell apoptosis, thus enhance chemoresistance to Gem in PCCs.
•Tumor microenvironment plays a starring role in the development of pancreatic cancer, stroma-tumor interaction creates a tumor-supportive microenvironment to facilitate cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and even chemoresistance.•Pancreatic stellate cells (PSCs) are a key cellular component of the tumor microenvironment and considered to contribute to chemochemoresistance. Multiple cytokines and growth factors derived from PSCs are involved in malignant cancer progression, including hepatocyte growth factor. Therefore, therapeutic targeting of PSCs has emerged as a promising strategy to improve outcomes for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.•Epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition is not only a crucial hallmark of tumor progression in diverse solid tumors, but also is a drug-resistant phenotype to potentiate tumor survival. The collocated time-division multiplexing (TDM) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technique and frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) chirp sequence are widely used in automotive radar ...because of the low hardware complexity and the high-accurate range and velocity measurements. In conventional TDM chirp sequences, the transmitters are switched according to their natural spatial order (referred to as a fixed sequential order), thereby inducing space-Doppler frequency coupling and a relatively low unambiguous Doppler interval. In this paper, a new FMCW chirp sequence and corresponding signal processing method for TDM MIMO automotive radar are proposed. The novel waveform adopts the concept of random transmission to distort the linear phase relationship between space and Doppler, therefore, overcoming the coupling problem. Then, via compressed sensing processing, the scheme can suppress the sidelobe pedestal arisen in the conventional matched filter for targets detection. Besides, based on multiple-frequency observations of the same targets, the velocity ambiguity can be adequately resolved. Compared with conventional chirp sequence, the proposed scheme simultaneously overcomes the typical TDM MIMO chirp sequence problems, thereby avoiding a reduction in the data rate. Also, the scheme significantly reduces the mutual interference between adjacent systems. The simulations and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed chirp sequence scheme.

A simple fluorescent probe F-BH was designed and synthesized, introducing CN group which can be a recognition site for hypochlorous acid into the fluorescent probe molecule by using 2-benzothiazole hydrazone and formylated fluorescein. The fluorescence intensity of the probe F-BH solution was very weak, while the fluorescence of the solution was obviously enhanced and the color of the solution changed after the addition of ClO− ion. The selection and competition experiments proved that the probe has great selectivity for recognition of hypochlorous acid over other ROSs/RNSs and anions. Fluorescence titration experiments show that the probe has a low detection limit (17.5 nM). The probe has been successfully applied to real-time detection of hypochlorous acid in Hela cells.
Considering the bilateral requirements of the terminals in a P2P network system, we aim to study the two-sided fuzzy relation inequalities with addition-min composition in this work. Each solution of ...such a two-sided fuzzy relation system is indeed a feasible flow control scheme for the corresponding P2P network system. The major content includes three aspects: (i) finding a minimal solution less than or equal to a given solution; (ii) finding a maximal solution more than or equal to a given solution; (iii) constructing the structure of the solution set to the fuzzy relation system. The purpose of (i) or (ii) is to find some specific minimal or maximal solutions of the two-sided system. We develop two resolution algorithms, i.e., Algorithm I and II, to find the specific minimal and maximal solutions. The computation complexities of both Algorithm I and II are polynomial. Their effectiveness is illustrated by some numerical examples. It is found that the complete solution set of the two-sided system could be fully determined by all the minimal solutions and maximal solutions. Moreover, the solution set might be non-convex.
