Conflict is inevitable and an essential part of organizational life, as the goals of employers and employees are often incompatible. In this study, by employing both qualitative and quantitative ...methods, we inductively identified the categories of labor relations conflicts (interest-based, rights-based, and affect-based conflicts) and developed a three-dimensional scale that reflects employees' perceptions of labor relations conflicts in the Chinese context. By using matched data from 1223 employees and 136 human resource (HR) managers and employing hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) analysis, we tested the hypotheses and examined the effectiveness of partnership practices on reducing labor relations conflicts, the negative effects of labor relations conflicts on employees' attitudes and behaviors, and the mediating role of labor relations conflicts on the relationship between partnership practices and employees' attitudes and behaviors. The theoretical contributions and practical implications of the findings are discussed.
The carbon-carbon triple bond (-C≡C-) is an elementary constituent for the construction of conjugated molecular wires and carbon allotropes such as carbyne and graphyne. Here we describe a general ...approach to in situ synthesize -C≡C- bond on Cu(111) surface via homo-coupling of the trichloromethyl groups, enabling the fabrication of individual and arrays of poly(p-phenylene ethynylene) molecular wires. Scanning tunneling spectroscopy reveals a delocalized electronic state extending along these molecular wires, whose structure is unraveled by atomically resolved images of scanning tunneling microscopy and noncontact atomic force microscopy. Combined with density functional theory calculations, we identify the intermediates formed in the sequential dechlorination process, including surface-bound benzyl, carbene, and carbyne radicals. Our method overcomes the limitation of previous on-surface syntheses of -C≡C- incorporated systems, which require the precursors containing alkyne group; it therefore allows for a more flexible design and fabrication of molecular architectures with tailored properties.

First, on the basis of repeated image superposition, the analytical expression of scattering wave is conducted, which satisfies the stress free and electric insulation conditions on the upper and lower horizontal boundaries of the strip. Next, with the aid of boundary condition, integral equations are setup and solved by applying orthogonal function expansion technique and effective truncation. Results clarified the influence on the dynamic stress concentration factor and electric field intensity concentration factor under proper conditions. Besides, the analytical solutions are compared with the finite element solutions to verify the accuracy of the conclusions in this article.
Yinchenhao decoction (YCHD) has been widely applied in the clinic for various kinds of liver disease, especially for the therapy of dampness-heat jaundice syndrome (DHJS). Some studies have ...investigated the pharmacological activity and compositions of YCHD. However, its Q-markers and the action targets are still unrevealed.
This work aims to clarify the therapeutic effect of YCHD against DHJS and discover the quality-markers (Q-markers) of YCHD based on the high-throughput chinmedomics strategy and then predict the potential targets and action mechanism of YCHD against DHJS.
Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) combined with pattern recognition method was utilized to analyze serum samples and urine samples. Multivariate data analysis and network pharmacology technology were used to identify the effective components and biomarkers associated with therapeutic effects.
With the high sensitivity UPLC-MS technology, a total of 69 compounds from YCHD were identified and 41 of them were absorbed in blood. Besides, 34 urine biomarkers from DHJS were identified. Of note, we utilized chinmedomics technology on the correlation analysis of urine biomarkers and absorbed components to determine 9 core-compounds as the Q-markers responsible for the efficacy of YCHD. Finally, a total of 12 potential targets were discovered.
This work provides a powerful method for clarifying the efficacy of TCM and discovering the effective ingredients as Q-markers.

Deuterium water (D2O) is a strategic material that is widely used in and scientific research and has applications in fields such as nuclear energy generation. However, its content in natural water is ...extremely low. Therefore, the development of a room‐temperature technology for achieving simple, efficient, and low‐cost separation of D2O from natural water is challenging. In this study, porous graphene (PG) nanosheets with “crater‐like” pores are sandwiched between two layers of graphene oxide (GO) membranes to prepare a GO/PG/GO membrane with a macroscopic heterostructure, which can be used to separate D2O and H2O by pressure‐driven filtration. At 25 °C, the rejection rate of D2O is ≈97%, the selectivity of H2O/D2O is ≈35.2, and the excellent performance can be attributed to the difference of transmembrane resistance and flow state of H2O and D2O in the confinement state. In addition, the D2O concentration in natural water is successfully enriched from 0.013% to 0.059% using only one stage, and the membrane exhibits excellent structural and cycling stability. Therefore, this method does not require ultralow temperatures, high energy supplies, complex separation equipment, or the introduction of toxic chemicals. Thus, it can be directly applied to the large‐scale industrial production and removal of D2O.
A graphene oxide/porous graphene/graphene oxide (GO/PG/GO) membrane separation technology by pressure‐driven filtration is reported and it is applied in isotope separation at room temperature. It shows an excellent structural, long‐term stability, ultralow energy consumption, and ultrahigh selectivity for deuterium water, including rejection rate of ≈97%, the selectivity of ≈35.2 as well.

Aims
Experimental evidence demonstrated a crucial role of TROAP (Trophinin‐associated protein) in regulating the cell proliferation of multiple tumors, while TROAP expression and function were ...largely unknown in glioma. We aimed to investigate the oncogenic role of TROAP and its potential mechanisms in gliomagenesis.
Methods
Four gene expression databases (GEO, TCGA, GTEx and CCLE) were enrolled in our study and used for TROAP expression and survival analysis. TROAP expression was quantified by qRT‐PCR, western blot and immunohistochemistry assays in glioma tissues and cell lines. TROAP knockdown and overexpression vector were constructed and transfected into glioma cells. CCK‐8, colony formation, transwell, and wound healing assays were used to evaluate cell viability, migration and invasion, flow cytometry to determine cell cycle arrest. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) was conducted to screen the pathway involved in TROAP‐high phenotype. The expression of cell cycle and Wnt/β‐Catenin signaling proteins were analyzed by immunofluorescence and western blot.
Results
Based on the bioinformatic analysis and a series of functional assays, we found the TROAP was enriched in glioma tissues and cell lines, its overexpression was correlated with the clinicopathologic characteristics and poor prognosis. TROAP knockdown inhibited cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and G1/S cell cycle arrest compared with control group in glioma. Mechanism analysis revealed that TROAP activated Wnt/β‐Catenin pathway and upregulated its downstream targets expression, while silencing β‐Catenin or Axin2 could reverse the tumor‐promoting effects caused by TROAP, confirming that TROAP‐induced malignant phenotype and tumorigenesis via Wnt/β‐Catenin signaling pathway.
Conclusion
The present study found that TROAP accelerated the progression of gliomagenesis through Wnt/β‐Catenin pathway, and TROAP might be considered as a novel target for glioma therapy.
Trophinin‐associated protein (TROAP), a soluble cytoplasmic protein characterized by 778 amino acids, showed a cell cycle‐dependent manner, glioma cells with TROAP overexpression represented the accelerated entry into S phase and cell proliferation. TROAP, as a microtubule (MT)‐associated protein, upregulated the expression of Axin2 which disassemble the destruction complex and activated the Wnt signaling, then, β‐catenin accumulated in cytoplasm and subsequently was transported into the nucleus, which was binded with TCF to promote the transcription of downstream cell motility‐related genes, such as CyclinD1, C‐Myc, MMP7 and TCF4, inducing the process of gliomagenesis.
Two new compounds chetoseminudin F (1) and G (2) together with eleven known compounds were isolated from the solid fermentation products of the endophytic fungus
