After a year, the Italian Ministry of Culture has revised the ministerial decree regulating the granting of images of state cultural property. The first decree had been criticised by the entire ...cultural world for the costs it imposed on publications, including scientific ones. The new decree has improved this aspect by granting broad exemptions, but it has maintained an overly complex system and the 'concession' regime, with a prior 'ethical' control on the use of the images, which is neither acceptable nor practically feasible. The German Federal Minister of Economics, Peter Altmaier, has triggered a lively and controversial debate with his plea for a new beginning in industrial policy. ¿Qué explica la producción legislativa de los ministerios federales en Brasil? El artículo explora la relación entre la inestabilidad ministerial y el desempeño de los ministerios medido por el ...número de propuestas legislativas producidas entre 1999 y 2014. Utilizando un modelo de promedio exponencial con regresores endógenos, argumentamos que el cambio de ministros afecta negativamente la capacidad de producción legislativa de los ministerios. Aun así, la distancia ideológica entre los partidos del ministro y del presidente, así como la experiencia legislativa previa de los ministros, tienen un impacto más pronunciado en el nivel de producción de propuestas legislativas en la agenda política del gobierno. Los resultados corroboran la percepción del efecto negativo de la inestabilidad ministerial sobre la eficiencia de la concepción y formulación de políticas públicas, además de contribuir a la comprensión de la producción legislativa y desempeño burocrático del presidencialismo brasileño. The article explores the relationship between ministerial instability and the performance of ministries measured by the number of legislative proposals they produced between 1999 and 2014. Using an exponential average model with endogenous regressors, we argue that the change of ministers negatively affects the entities' legislative production. The ideological distance between the minister's and president's parties and the prior legislative expertise of the ministers, have a pronounced impact on the level of legislative production on the government's political agenda. The results corroborate the perception of the negative effect of ministerial instability on the efficiency of the conception and formulation of public policies and contribute to the understanding of legislative production and bureaucratic performance of Brazilian presidentialism. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to introduce the concept of place image and to indicate which elements, in the opinion of the inhabitants, make up the desired image of a place. ...Design/Methodology/Approach: The article is based on an analysis of the literature on the subject and the author's own research conducted on a representative sample of adult Poles (N=1067). Findings: In the study, the author focused on exploring the residents' desired image of their place of residence. Building a place image in line with residents' expectations is crucial in order to increase their involvement in the local community, which contributes to its sustainable development. Practical Implications: Residents who identify with a positive image of their place of residence are more likely to actively participate in local initiatives, support local businesses and encourage others to visit or live in the municipality. Originality/Value: The article presents the results of own research. The issue presented has not previously been addressed in discussions published internationally. The article, based on a bibliographic review, points out that TV Justica can affect the deliberation among the ministers of the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) and cause exacerbated exposure of their ...individual image, bringing negative impacts to the strengthening of judicial precedents. Initially, it opposes the advantages and disadvantages of open and closed deliberation models, and explains the peculiarities of the open model adopted by the STF plenary, especially with TV Justica. Afterwards, it highlights that TV Justica can collaborate to limit the deliberation between the ministers and to promote their individual identification. Finally, it highlights how the possible effects of TV Justica can have negative impacts on judicial precedents, arguing that, in the current context, it is the Court's responsibility, to strengthen judicial precedents and its image as an institution, improve its deliberative practices and its communication with the press within an open model. O artigo, a partir de uma revisao bibliografica, salienta que a TV Justica pode afetar a deliberacao entre os ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e ocasionar a exposicao exacerbada de sua imagem individual, trazendo impactos negativos para o fortalecimento dos precedentes judiciais.
