The article considers the problems of assessing the ecological state of the water body and the surrounding area in the municipalities of St. Petersburg. The necessity of using the methods of ...express-control to determine the state of different media to obtain reliable operational information. A new method of making an informed decision on the territory management based on the results of express-control is proposed. The results of the study of the water body and adjacent areas are presented.
Njihov današnji potek so določili med franciscejsko katastrsko izmēro, ki se je pri nas izvajala v obdobju 1818-1825 (Slak et al., 2020; Lisec in Ferian 2017; Korošec, 1978). 2RIMSKI ZAPORNI ZID - ...CLAUSTRA ALPINUM IULIARUM Prvi, najlepší primer meje katastrske občine, ki poteka po rimskih ostankih in ga takoj vidimo tudi na državni lidarski podobi analitičnega senčenja, je del alpskega zapornega zidu (v římskem času imenovan Claustra Alpinum Iuliarum), kí teče med hriboma Cesarski vrh in Strmica pri Vrhniki. Ker je bil rímski zaporni zid nekje v 5. stoletju našega štetja dokončno opuščen (Breznik, 2016), je od njega na terenu ostal večinoma le slabo določljiv, približno 3 metre širok in do 1,5 metra visok nasip, ki je danes preraščen z gozdom. Na širšėm območju okoli vasi Drnovo se je kljub uporabi rimskih ostankov za gradbeni material dokumentirano ohranilo v naravi nekaj rimskih miljnikov vse do 17. ali celo 18. stoletja (Rihter, 2017).

A high level of the economic potential’s heterogeneity, precarious climatic conditions led to the distortion of the life’s quality and depopulation of many local territories of Krasnoyarsk Krai and ...other Russian regions. The spatial disproportion of the labour forces hinders national plans for harnessing the unique potential of Eastern Siberia and Arctic. The accuracy and efficiency of the regional economy’s regulation is ensured by the sufficient and coherent local analytical data about the balance of the labour forces’ demand and supply. However, assessment of the balance of the municipalities’ labour forces remains an open research question. This is due to the advantages of two-level spatial planning, insufficient connection between municipal and regional strategic decisions, limited municipal statistics. We assessed the balance of the municipality’s labour forces in order to theoretically substantiate and develop the indicative model for assessing the balance indicators of the labour forces in terms of the local territories. We formed the concept of the indicative balance model considering the specific features of the territories’ social and economic conditions. Moreover, we substantiated a methodology for assessing the balance indicators of the municipalities’ labour forces. Additionally, we developed a mathematical model of the indicative assessment of such forces, demonstrated an analytical database of the assessment data, and a software package for its calculation. We tested the model and calculated the balance of the labour forces for 61 municipalities of Krasnoyarsk Krai. We assessed the force indicators using three standard all-regional coefficients: coefficient of the working population of working age; coefficient of the foreign working migrants; coefficient of the population above working age and teenagers, employed in the economy. We calculated the differentiation of all-regional values by considering the specific rates, such as dependency ratio coefficien t, employabili ty coefficients, coeffcients of the manufacturing development. The model’s testing allowed us to draw conclusions on the dynamics of demands and the achieved potential of the municipal labour forces’ development. Furthermore, we have discovered the growth zones and critical points of decline. The model can be used for shaping the strategies at the municipal, regional and macro-regional levels.
Municipalities must try to make constant incomes and development and economic splendor for themselves. One of the optimum policy in this direction is development and promotion the culture of ...investment with using the potential of public and private sectors in the direction of constant and durable incomes in order to manage the affaires. Without doubt with proving to be true this aim, municipalities can take big steps to manage their policies and desires for economic development and welfare of citizenships. This present research has been done with the use of descriptive and measurement method in south province of west Azerbaijan. Statistical and research community was consist of 100 people; investment experts and managers in the south province of west Azerbaijan. These people are chosen with the use of sampling census method, data was collected with the use of constant and admissible questionnaire and analyzed with the SPSS 22 software. The result of investigations showed that political dimension is effective in encouraging investment for facilitate encouragement investment in municipalities.
Registration system is an important tool to preserve broader range of historic properties. Countries such as U.S. and Canada have register by municipalities other than the National Register. In ...comparison, almost all Japanese municipalities do not have such system. This paper reports the process and evaluation method of registration system in Canadian municipalities in British Columbia. We found the increase of a conservation target can be confirmed. We also found each municipalities can establish an original process according to the situation. Additionally, procedure can be made efficient by using an evaluation seat.

En el ámbito de la gestión deportiva, resulta fundamental evaluar y comprender las competencias profesionales de gestionan en servicios municipales. Estas competencias desempeñan un papel crucial en ...la eficiencia y calidad de los servicios deportivos ofrecidos a la comunidad. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar las valoraciones sobre las competencias profesionales de gestoras y gestores deportivos que se desempeñan en servicios deportivos municipales chilenos a partir de la escala de Competencias de Gestores Deportivos. Para lo anterior, se aplicó el instrumento a una muestra de 417 sujetos de 164 municipalidades (de un total de 346) pertenecientes a las 16 regiones de Chile. El análisis estadístico de tipo descriptivo e inferencial permitió concluir que los gestores deportivos municipales atribuyen una alta importancia a las competencias profesionales presentadas en el instrumento, como por ejemplo “Promover la armonía entre el personal” y “Motivar al personal o voluntarios”. No se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre hombres y mujeres. En relación con la caracterización de los gestores deportivos municipales se puede señalar que la mayoría son hombres (76.7%) y con edades entre los 30 y 59 años, y que 3 de 4 cuentan con formación universitaria.

Abstract. The objective of this study is to analyze the assessments of the professional competencies of sports managers working in Chilean municipalities based on the Toh and Jamieson (2000) Sports Managers Competencies Scale, adapted and validated to the Chilean context by Duclos-Bastías et al. (2021), and to characterize the professionals working in the local public sphere. For this purpose, the instrument was applied to a sample of 417 subjects (76.7% men and 23.3% women) from 164 municipalities belonging to the 16 regions of Chile. Once the results were analyzed, it was possible to conclude that municipal sports managers attribute high importance to the professional competencies presented in the instrument. No statistically significant differences were found between the group of men and women. In relation to the characterization of the municipal sports managers who participated in the research, it could be concluded that the majority are men (76.7%) and adults between 30 and 59 years of age, and that 3 out of 4 have university education.
