Bitung City is one of the centers of fishing industry activity with a very strategic location. Yellowfin tuna is the dominant species of tuna which is always caught throughout the year which is ...landed at the Bitung Ocean Fishing Port using hand line tuna fishing gear. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the costs, revenues and profits, the balance value of revenues and costs (R/C ratio), the Break Even Point (BEP) of hand line tuna fishing businesses with vessels > 30 GT. This research uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. Primary data and secondary data were obtained through interviews and direct observation. The results showed that the total costs in the tuna hand line business amounted to 95,509.2 USD/year, revenues of 191,018.4 USD/year and the average profit earned was 103,149.94 USD/year. The results of the Reveneu Cost Ratio (R/C ratio) analysis are 2.0 so that the tuna hand line business is categorized as feasible and profitable. The results of the Break Event Point (BEP) analysis of the tuna hand line business were achieved at a total production of 7,368 kg or a selling price of 41,785.28 USD for tuna. Payback Period (PP) analysis results are 1.4 (1 year 4 months or 8 trips).

The basic method of research is descriptive analytical method. The method of determining the location is purposive. Determination of key informants is done puposive. The analysis method used is (1) analysis of costs, revenues, profits, business efficiency (2) IFE and EFE matrices (3) IE and SWOT matrices (4) QSP matrix. The results showed that the total costs incurred by UKM Gethuk Take in December 2020 IDR 146,528,402.78 with fixed costs IDR 4,127,902.78 and variable costs IDR 142,400,500. Receipts IDR 176,622,00. Profit IDR 30,093,597.22. Business efficiency is 1.26 meaning UKM Gethuk Take is already efficient in running its business. The main internal factors that influence business conditions are that the capital is carried out independently (strengths) and the management of marketing management is less than optimal (weaknesses). The main external factor affecting business conditions is the proximity to tourist attractions (opportunities) and the Covid-19 outbreak has reduced people's purchasing power and limited tourism activities (threats). There are 14 alternative strategies generated from the SWOT matrix. The strategic priority for the development of Gethuk Take is to maximize the use of all digital marketing by taking advantage of developments in information and communication technology.

Historically, those performing business analysis held the "Business Analyst" job title; however, in recent years evidence ...suggests that business analysis is now a job responsibility diffused across a wide variety of roles. It is vital that the IS community understand more about the diffusion of responsibility for business analysis across a variety of organizational roles. This research seeks to provide such an understanding by analyzing job postings referencing business analysis responsibilities. Over 231,000 unique job postings were analyzed to identify the most common job titles associated with business analysis, the hard and soft skills associated with them, and how the job titles compared in terms of skill requirements. The study provides insights to support both academia and industry in understanding business analysis as it relates to IT job titles and roles.
